   Nice simple modern layout and decor, restful and clean. Got all the facilities you need. Didn’t find it noisy at all. Staff communicated well and were lovely. Parnell train station 1min away. Very convenient, good location.

   Staff at quest are always lovely and accommodating. Snackster over the road comes in clutch. Uber eats to the building is stress free. WiFi is absurdly fast and the rooms are comfortable enough.

   I stayed here for two nights and had a great experience. The room was very clean and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The gym connected to the accommodation includes a swimming pool and a sauna, which was perfect for relaxing after a long flight. The staff were very kind and friendly. A special thank you to Hanse for her helpfulness and warm hospitality. It really made a difference. The location is also excellent. It is a short walk from Parnell Station and close to many charming cafés and antique shops along Parnell Road. I would highly recommend this place and will definitely stay here again on my next trip to Auckland.

   When I arrived I wondered why there was a pair of ear plugs on either side of the bed. I found out why during the night. Admitedly it was a Saturday night, but it was SO noisy - between loud cars, people etc I had a really bad sleep. The room was great, but unless you're a really heavy sleeper I would certainly not stay there again.

   We absolutely loved our stay at Quest Carlaw Park Apartment Hotel! The staff were fantastic, friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The rooms and facilities were spotless, and I appreciated how well everything was maintained. Indoor parking was super convenient and easily accessible. The area is peaceful and quiet, yet just a short distance from the CBD, shops, and great restaurants. Perfect balance of comfort and convenience. Highly recommend!

   A very rude lady at the reception. Was trying to book a night there, but she didn't give me the room price and availability until I provide all my details. After a short conversation just hung up the phone without any explanation. Won't recommend this place, customer service is very poor

   Brilliant stay, me my wife and two kids stayed for nearly a month. Great staff , family owned . They can’t do enough for you I highly recommend staying here, you get brilliant facilities (Gym) easy walk into CBD . Can’t rate this place high enough . Cheers Pete, Lynn , Louie and Bella.

   Modern, clean, tidy, and exceedingly well equipped. The rooms have fridge with separate freezer compartment, washing machine, dryer, and microwave as well as cutlery, flatware, etc. There is no restaurant but the Cafe next door does a great and reasonably priced breakfast and they open before 7am. Smart TV with Netflix and also allows casting from phone, laptop etc.
