What can I say? I have never slept on such an uncomfortable bed as the one in my room. It felt like a warehouse mattress. I could feel every single spring in the mattress. And room Service wow yeah not the greatest that I’ve seen and I stay in a lot of hotels for my work. It’s a shame because the views are pretty cool first thing in the morning looking out over the sea
We have just spent five fantastic days in Orewa. Thank you Eric and Freda for presenting a top notch establishment. Restaurants were superb with great walks on the 3 km beach, a lovely estuary walk and a surprise jewel in the central lake. Great Op Shops and plenty to do in the surrounding area. We will be back.
Amazing stay with my family helpful staff very clean and accessible to shops cafes pubs in walking distance I’ll be back for sure ❤️

Contemporary, clean, comfortable. Staff were outstanding! Our apartment came with a lovely kitchen with all modern facilities. Enjoyed having an outdoor pool, spa and proximity to amenities.
I normally travel for work, I stayed here last week in room 613 and it was good the room was spacious but no AC. I came back and stayed in room 512 and the housekeeping forgot to make my room/bed. I called the operator and I was informed that there is a do not disturb sign at my door but that is a lie I don't have it. The operator said I can't do anything about it our housekeeper is done for the day. No apologies, unfriendly, unpolite staff. I will not recommend and I will never come back.
