Had a nice Harbour view and such a cute little robot brought me some milk for coffees after ringing down for it. The shower was lovely we had a nice spacious room with 2 queen sized beds, tv, ironing board with iron and big mirror. Parking is across the road only cost $15 for 24 hours
Great stay at Sudima Hotel! The service from Vishal was fantastic, with a friendly attitude, and the location near SkyCity and the harbour couldn't be better. The only minor issue was the lack of water in the room, but that's a small thing, and I would happily stay again.
This hotel claims to be a 4 star hotel, and in general, the grade inflation on hotels in Auckland is out of control. The rooms are a 2 star maximum. They are small. The beds are fine. There's 0.5 nightstands. There's no power outlets on the left side of the bed. The bathroom is small. The towels are mediocre. The AC controls are janky. This hotel reminds me of the Moxy chain. I'm not a person who values nice hotels while traveling - but I do think the "4 star" claim is outlandishly untrue enough that I wanted to write a post.
Excellent stay, the rooms were modern and well equipped and spotless. Comfortable beds and spacious bathroom. TVs have chromecast so you can watch whatever you want. Only complaint is the room service pizza we ordered was like an oven pizza, but it was delivered by robot so that made it okay. Very good value and a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
Fantastic. Nothing to fault. Room 901 had little extra touches - yoga equipment with TV tutorials , shower steamer , sleep balm & Alexa. Very clean. Very presentable. Very welcoming. Very comfortable. Breakfast was a 10/10. Easy and plenty of parking. Great shower water pressure with luxury products. Lovely staff. Highly recommend & will stay again.
Fantastic experience. Booked a night out for my wife's birthday and it was everything we hoped for an more. Lovely amenity in the room to celebrate the occasion which was appreciated and staff were great too. This hotel has a calmness about it even though its located in a busy city vicinity. Amazing. Sinead, Ellen and Rash are the best. Super friendly, thoughtful, attentive, interested in us. Rash was really helpful with our luggage. Ellen helped us with great sightseeing advice. Then made us a great cup of tea while we relaxed in front of the fire in comfy chairs. Finally, Sinead and Ellen were really helpful in discussing markets to visit. Thank you. We will definitely be recommending the Auckland Sudima in to our fellow Aussies.
Good location, easy to access all amenities in the city. Our room had no soap, and nothing was refilled with room service. The breakfast had undercooked scrambled eggs. Our coordinator had a nightmare dealing with the staff when making our booking. She was booking for over 25 people to stay during a conference, it is very disappointing, and we were all Aucklanders (how do you treatyour out of town guests). I would suggest looking around if you are booking a group . Sudima, pick up your game, there are plenty of other places to chose from in the city.
