   My husband & I just completed two stays at Quest Takapuna this month. We were thoroughly impressed with the location being so close to the hospital & retirement village that we needed access too. The rooms were clean & comfortable, parking was minimal - I think from memory a $15 charge per day, which was more than fine. Service was more than adequate, though it's important to note they do not service on a Sunday so if you remember, make sure to stock up on towels if needed.

   Jun and the team at Quest Takapuna are absolutely fantastic and they look after you so well. When there are any issues, the team works to resolve it in a timely and professional manner, and they also take care to communicate clearly with you. The rooms are immaculate and comfortable. I highly recommend Quest Takapuna.

   The service was terrible, and the staff were unfriendly and unprofessional. It was a very disappointing experience This is the worst Quest Hotel in the world The management really needs to learn how to treat their guests properly.small room and no restaurant in this hotel.

   Super friendly and helpful staff who provided efficient and professional service. The rooms were very clean, comfortable and quiet. Rooms are well thought out with everything we could need including washing machine, drier and dishwasher. Would definitely stay here again.

   We just returned home to Melbourne after a lovely stay here! The room was well appointed and very, very clean. The bed was comfy, the shower pressure was great, and I love the idea of the shampoo/conditioner/body wash dispensers; what a great way to cut down on plastic waste! The location was handy for us - a bit out of the city but it's a nice short walk to the bus station and we found it easy to get around. Reception staff were really helpful whenever we had questions. My only (tiny) criticism is that the gym they have access to is a bit far away, which didn't bother me but my boyfriend had already been there for a few days for work when I arrived and would have loved to utilise a closer gym, like the one at Smales Farm. Otherwise, a great place to stay and very in keeping with what you would expect if you have stayed at Quest venues in the past :)

   The room and entire property were clean, neat and inviting. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was not overly large but had every convenience (washer and dryer, even a dishwasher). It was easy to prepare our own meals as everything needed was provided, pots, pan, utensils, dishes, etc. We have traveled a lot and stayed in many places; this was probably the best for a simple hotel. And shops, cafes, and a major Auckland Transport bus station are just a few minutes away. We spent nine days and never had a complaint.

   All I can say is the service I recieved upon arrival was outstanding! A lovely man who was working met me at my uber and helped take my suitcase inside as I had just had surgery. The room is stunning and has everything you would need including washer dryer fridge and microwave! Shower is hot and amazing pressure and everything is new and clean. I will be coming back to stay again and highly recommend this accom to everyone!
