Room with a view. The rooms not soundproof as the room to my left had a party with loud base. Not complaining it is the season. But also the baby next to my room was not settled crying for hours, i left at 1am to fo home to my own bed. The Hilton is more of a motel not a hotel. It's very busy. I give it a 3 star rating.

Every visit we have to the Hilton Auckland is exceptional. The staff are super helpful and very friendly, they go out of their way to make sure you feel appreciated. The view from our Bow room was simply amazing, we spent hours enjoying the activities on the water and left all of the sliding doors open whenever we could to savor the fresh air. From cruise ships to ferries to container ships to Americas Cup boats to sailing races to Superyachts we saw it all. We had breakfast there each morning, the choices were excellent, so much to choose from, we left fully fueled for the day. The view just added to the experience. We had family over for dinner one evening in the FISH restaurant, what an amazing meal it was, everyone had something different and all raved about the food quality and flavors.

The staff and service were genuinely great; however, the hotel itself was well below expectations. Overall, the property felt grimy and poorly maintained. Walls were dirty, carpets were bubbling up, and both the bathrooms and guest rooms were in visibly poor condition. Cleanliness was clearly lacking, and it appears routine maintenance has been neglected. Based on the condition of the property, I would not recommend staying here. Noise was also a significant issue. You can hear nearly everything from inside the room, including guests walking above you and staff knocking on doors in nearby rooms. This made it difficult to rest or sleep comfortably. Additionally, as a Hilton Diamond member, the breakfast offering was extremely disappointing. Only a cold breakfast (cereal, yogurt, fruit, etc.) is included. For an additional $15, you can purchase βhotβ items kept under heat lamps such as sausage, eggs, hash browns, and bacon. The food was stale, lukewarm, and not worth the cost. This was the only property we stayed at that did not include a complimentary hot breakfast, which was surprising given my status. There are far superior Hilton properties available, and this one is simply not worth the points or the premium price being charged. I would not stay here again and strongly recommend saving your money and points, as the overall experience does not justify the cost. Photos provided are just of the room.

We had a lovely stay here, good view from the room once the cruise ship left the harbour. Unfortunately, the pool is closed for maintenance which we were unaware of at time of booking. Service and food in downstairs bar wasnβt great- I was served a cold burger. When asked, I was provided with a new one which was warmer- and had a discount to the final bill. Upstairs however in the restaurant, food and service 5 stars! Food was amazing, and service was fast and with a smile. Stark contrast to downstairs.

This is a lovely Hilton, with all the usual facilities. Its ideally located, within easy walking distance of the town, yet in a nice quiet location with fantastic views over the bay. The facilities are good, with gym and lap pool in the summer. There is also onsite parking. The restaurant is nice and has a very good breakfast. The rooms are also nice, clean and up to the usual Hilton standard. Itβs a convenient, quiet hotel, with fantastic views, if you get one of the rooms with a balcony. I would certainly recommend staying here.

We have stayed in the hotel over the last 3 nights and have been very pleased with all the staff and the welcomeness of the hotel. The staff were all very professional. The food for the buffet breakfast could have a bit more selection however the dinner at Fish was excellent on the 1st level. Our rooms were upkept very well as well. Would recommend for anyone planning to stay in Auckland!

We enjoyed our stay for the second year in a row. Even better than last year. Staff were friendly and efficient. Victor in the restaurant was the best, explaining dishes and providing a great experience.

We had an awesome time on our first trip to New Zealand! The hotel was fantastic, the location was perfect, and we absolutely loved the breakfast. The reception team was super friendly and made us feel welcome. The only downside was that the valet team was short-staffed, so we had to carry our own bags. And to top it off, the porter kept complaining about their boss, who apparently never left the back office and wasn't helpful at all. It kind of put a damper on things, but overall, we had a great stay.

Highly recommend the Hilton for a business or family stay. I stayed in two different rooms over a period of 7 nights. All rooms are a great size and very clean. Staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming at all times. The breakfast is amazing with so much to choose from. Room service is super quick and the food is good. The hotel amenities and facilities are great .The hotel is conveniently located with spectacular harbour views. You couldn't ask for more.
