Terrible accommodation, and awful service Has my tires slashed while parked in their carpark overnight and facilities promised the surveillance footage for my insurance, but were subsequently unable to provide it. Leaking bathroom with taps that fell off DO NOT RECOMMEND

A lovely stay in a perfect location. The property is well maintained, very clean, and ideally located just a short walk from the beach and close to Orewa Town Centre. You can even hear the soothing sound of the waves from the room, which made the stay extra special. The staff were friendly, responsive, and genuinely helpful. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, making our stay relaxing and enjoyable. Would happily stay here again and highly recommend it.
We stayed in a deluxe 1 brm unit and were really impressed, suited us well. Owners are very good natured and attentive hosts who took pride in their accommodation. A lot of thought has gone into the standard and variety of décor, plus fit out, very clever use of space, everything you needed seemed to be there, no clutter, everything provided was of use, lovely towels, excellent heating, a nice choice of tea's, coffee's, chilled water on arrival (no packets (:), good off street parking, quiet, and great to be walking distance to everything. And booking with a person was so much easier than AI. Thanks, we will be back. Much nicer than a block of apartments.
I had a fantastic stay! The room was super comfortable, with awesome showers, high-quality linens, and a stylish, clean decor throughout. There were plenty of towels, and the heated towel rail was a great touch. The kitchenette was well-equipped and very convenient, and the lovely owners made the experience even better. Highly recommend—and I’d definitely stay here again!
We had a lovely one-bedroom suite, decent size couch and TV. Very tastefully decorated. Had everything we needed, nice and clean. Perfect location for what we required, right across the road from the beach. Excellent shower pressure too! Only fault for me...put a sliding door on the bathroom. Would happily stay again. Thank you
Great place close to Orewa centre, perfect for a little weekend away! The late checkout option at 11am really was a plus.
Great spot by the beach. Nice clean and tidy room. They let us check in early which was very helpful. Lots of decor. Beds were very comfortable. Would recommend this place.
This place is a real gem, our room was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Facilities and location were excellent and we were looked after extremely well. Thanks for a wonderful stay - highly recommend!
Very nice place. My first time there Only had a hot chocolate but the food coming out looked delicious and the breakfast/brunch menu is awesome
