“Nothing but positive reviews for the Doctor at Kroad Medical Centre. All in all, she is SOLO so she does it all on her own. Patient's need to give her empathy. Today, I really needed to see a Doctor. I called 3 Different Doctors, DR Chand was able to see me the same day. Yes it was a bit of a wait, however I didn't have to wait weeks and weeks to get better. Dr was very understanding, provided professional advice and I received the care I needed. Again, some people need a bit of empathy for the Doctors when medical is a very long wait these days.”

“Have been at Ratanui over 15 years. My doctor is a hero - Dr. Joanna Lang. Dr. Sethi is also wonderful, as is Wendy, the receptionist. I haven’t experienced bad service here but only go to those two doctors. There are a lot of new ones, which is good - please be patient with them, some are very new, diabolically busy and stressed out! We should be glad they’re taking the load off of our old favorites.”

“That blonde lady receptionist was amazing. She saw me carrying my daughter in, she went out of her way and grabbed me a wheelchair before we started. Very polite, funny and service was brilliant. Wait time was fair because nurses and doctors took their time to see and they sent us to Starship which was they taken care of my child. Hats off to hardworking nurses and doctors. “Had a few downsides with getting bookings but Thank you so much to the receptionist antonia for your lovely help when i called the 3rd time round she had picked up and helped me with request of prescriptions as she does when booking an appointment also. You go above and beyond. i hope your getting the recognition you should. “Dr Esther Loh did a fantastic job of looking after my rather nervous and sick 3 year old at the viral clinic. I definitely recommend her. My child is recovering well post her care. I also highly recommended Dr Longworth for children. We have seen him at his previous clinic and followed to Silverdale Medical due to outstanding care. The receptionists were friendly and booking an appointment was far more pleasant than other clinics. The nurse who called to triage my daughter and decide how urgent she was and how soon a booking was to be made, was also wonderful. Overall a very great experience.”
