   I visited Ormiston Medical in November to see Mei Ling Woo in regards my to Mental health and the care and guidance she has provided me has been absolutely incredible! She is extremely caring, great at listening and explaining the issues at hand and working with me on how I can improve myself bit by bit.    My counselor, Mei Ling Woo, Health Improvement Practitioner (Occupational Therapy in Mental & Physical Health), is very professional and supportive. She understands how much stress I’ve been dealing with from work and always acknowledges my feelings. She listens carefully and gives clear, helpful advice that makes me feel calmer and more confident. I truly appreciate her kindness and the way she helps me manage my stress and worries. She has been extremely understanding, and even once used her own break time to talk to me when I felt overwhelmed, offering advice that made a big difference. Thank you so much.

   Amazing team of clinical and admin staff trying to do their best in the current climate. Sadly many of the reviews don't appreciate how a clinic is run, the high demand on services and appointments and the daily abuse the staff receive. These comments reflect that lack of empathy and understanding that staff are trying to do the best they can with the resources available. There is no favoritism, there is a shortage of staff, some staff do cry because of their patient interactions, but patients do not see that. Don't believe all the negative reviews, you don't even have to believe this one, but do remember, staff in medical centres are doing extremely difficult jobs and dealing with people at varying levels of, and often elevated, anxiety, mental health and stress as well as coping with their own. Please consider this when dealing with staff, not just here, but anywhere.

   Joined here only because it was closer to home. Big mistake. Doctor is so scared to ask for blood tests and keeps on saying "You are fine, nothing needs to be checked. We cannot burden the lab people"'. Genuine serious concerns are ignored and you are left to your own luck. Avoid.

   I called to make an appointment and a mature Malaysian lady answered the phone. Unfortunately, she spoke to me in a rude and disrespectful manner. Despite asking if she was busy, she didn't respond. I even requested her name, but she refused and pretended to be occupied with work. However, when she picked up the phone again, her attitude had completely changed. This wasn't the first time she had behaved this way; it was a recurring issue. I hope the clinic takes her service attitude seriously. While I'm grateful for the opportunity to share my bad experience, I'm concerned it might cause discomfort to elderly individuals who are already feeling unwell.

   Zero star - their receptionists and doctors need to learn how to speak English first before dealing with people. Worst experience ever, wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Doctor was absolutely useless,couldn't provide me with any advice,no medicine was prescribed either. Now I have to pay $20 fee for nothing!The only reason I've booked an appointment there as Botany Junction Medical was fully booked. Will never go there again!

   I called up to enquire about the services as I need to see doctor today. One receptionist named Ronda (I got her name when pick up my call) was impolited and impatience, she even cut my line. It is either No management or Bad management, how come the staff provides this service ? They hv many staff but this does not mean they can provide good and comfortable services, pity ! By the way, I learnt the people sharing their experiences below and mgmt always said they will look into them. It seems not only staff problem, mgmt also has capability in managing the clinic as people keeps pointing out the problems
