States online that it is an easy claim provider but once you get onsite they advise that they are not yet and you will need to pay for the visit first then get refunded. So technically they are affiliated providers not easy claim. False advertising.

Just wanted to express my gratitude to both Afegia (Reception) and Dr Laura Halpin for seeing me on short notice after being mucked about by Otahuhu GP Clinic (Local Doctors). Appreciate the care and attention you provided after being in pain for days. @Management, your other clinics could learn something from these two.

The doctor was absolutely great. If your wanting friendly engagement from some of the Reception team don’t look here you’ll be lucky if you might get a friendly smile. I work at a hospital reception it is our duty to fully engage with patient on their pathway to recovery not alienate them

Wait you're turn in line. Gotta do watchu gotta do. Rarely,if ever let's you down Ol' White Cross. Very impressed they've always been an integral part of the community,if not South Auckland as a whole.

Almost didn't go due to reviews. However, despite not being a registered patient, and being busy all staff we patient and kind. From the receptionist, nurse to the doctor. Thank you for today's care.

Four days later my symptoms have worsened, the medication is obviously wrong and the manager the indian guy tried telling me it is the right medication, really dude?? Really?? If it was the right medication I wouldn't have needed to come back, I have zero problem paying 40bux, but I want the right medication, not some stuff that cost 36+ dollars and doesn't work!! Booooooo!!

The lady at the front desk seriously needs a happy pill to change her moody behaviours or even better just change her entire career because customer service is not it. She is rude, won't let you get a word in and thinks she knows it all and to make it worst she treated 2 other patients after me exactly the same way shocking treatment.

Today i went to White Cross Otahuhu at exactly 8am with 5 patients ahead of me. When i reached the front the receptionist suggested i go upstairs to my doctors which was packed and so was dawson & Otara. I proceeded to tell the receptionist im well aware however I’m feeling really unwell hence why i came early to be one of the first few to be seen. Comes 9am the nurse calls me into triage room which I approached with a warm greeting Nurse proceeded to ask why i came in i started to explain before i could finish she cuts me off asking “where is your doctors?” Can’t you go see them? Which i replied I could’ve however Otara already had a long line by 7:30am Dawson also had a line so i chose to come to white cross in which the nurse replies “Yes its packed here too cant you see it’s packed everywhere so you will just have to go wait at your doctors” proceeding to say it would’ve been my best option anyways as “White cross is expensive” At this point I apologised and just shut off i then removed myself from the room and said “It’s okay i dont want to be seen thank you” I sat in that waiting room bawling my eyes out in shock at the treatment I received! Firstly it was hard enough for a person who constantly battles her inner demons to roll out of bed & come see professionals for help secondly I was well aware of the fees & i paid mines in full. Thank you to the receptionist for checking on me as she seen how distraught i was & even apologised on behalf of the nurse who continued to discuss me loudly with another colleague! WOW just WOW. From a professional to a professional i really do hope no other patient feels the way i felt today. I hope you don’t belittle every patient that sits behind those curtains with you. Don’t judge a book by its cover & assume you know every patient situation by reading whats written in black and white. One thing i know for sure is i will NEVER be attending white cross thank you for showing me that my hard earned money is a waste being paid to white cross. Do better, be better cause not everyone battling theyre mental health can handle things the way i did today!
