Been here a little over five times over the past few years. Each visit has been a disappointment. Just when you think it couldn't get worse, it proves you wrong. Today was the nail in the coffin and finally made me write a review. I can't speak for all doctors (although haven't had a positive encounter yet), but the nurse is one of the worst I've ever seen. Edit: Yes, this review is about your clinic. The assumption that negative reviews must belong to another clinic is telling - and the attempt to deflect responsibility is pretty hilarious!

My recent interaction with Dr Nidal Nahar at Botany Medical & Urgent Care was extremely disappointing. When I called to clarify routine, clinically required prescription details, I was met with what I experienced as rude, dismissive, and unprofessional communication. Instead of collaborating to ensure the patient received safe and accurate care, I felt spoken to with hostility and frustration for simply doing my job. Based on this experience, I left the call genuinely concerned about the level of professionalism and respect shown toward other health providers. I hope the clinic urgently addresses this, because what I encountered was far below the standard expected in healthcare.

Frustrating Experience at “Medical Urgent Care.” Last night, our 2 years old grandson was brought into an urgent care center around 10:30 PM with a fever over 39.6°C. Despite our concerns and insisting on a urine test, the nurse assured us the child was fine and didn't need further testing. When we asked for more attention, the nurse told us, the doctors were "preparing to go home" and couldn't see the patient. We left with no answers, only to have to take our child to the emergency department of another hospital, where they were kept overnight. It’s hard to believe that a facility with “Urgent Care” in the name would prioritize staff convenience over the health of a child in need. The lack of urgency and care in that moment is deeply disappointing to all. Thankfully, the child is now being treated, but this experience raises serious questions about the priorities of some healthcare providers. If you’re a parent, always trust your instincts- even if the medical team isn’t taking your concerns seriously.

Doctors and nurses are gentle, friendly and very knowledgeable. I’ve also never had any issues getting in to see a doctor for myself or family when needed. Dr Nadal is really caring and gentle with kids, I always feel confident when leaving that we’ve received the best care.

Dr Nagham gets 5 stars but this practice is losing the plot with the management of it and lack of care, as well as the mannerisms of receptionists. Extremely disappointed!!!! Our family are members of this Practice. My wife went there this morning as a walk in (after taking off work) this morning and was told by reception - WE DONT DO WALK INS ANY MORE. My wife said since when because when I called last week to I was told (again), I can just come and they i'll be seen within 1 - 1.5 hours. So she asked when did this change and was told from this week. My question and frustration is why weren't we as members be advised and notified of this change? Why was this crucial information not be shared with your registered members?? This is so frustrating and unprofessional. Nobody plans on being sick, so planning to take off work and Book to see a Dr is not practical or best practice. I don't even want to talk about the lack of manners the receptionists have here!!!!! We will be looking for another provider!!!

The Indian receptionist is by far the rudest, unsympathetic egomaniac I have ever had the displeasure of meeting. It is almost as if she gets a kick out of making snarky and unnecessary remarks to people who come in. I understand this is a stressful job, but I watched her continue to be rude to people who have done nothing but be patient and kind. I urge you to speak to her about her conduct. It baffles me how a narcissist with such an obvious lack of customer service experience and social skills was able to land this job. There has to be something very troubling and sad going on in her life for her to think it is okay to treat people the way she does. The doctors and nurses here are great and always willing to help. So are the other receptionists. They always go out of their way to help and accommodate to patients' needs. I had never had a bad experience here until meeting this receptionist.

I will give 0 star but there isn’t this option. Enrolled to this GP and the treatment and service I got is getting worse every time I visit. I know long waiting time is not their fault as it is depending on the number of patients, but the doctors here have got no patience or care on your matter, they will only see you for 2 minutes and rush you off and next. Visited yesterday and Dr Shatha was the only GP available, waited for an hour and when it’s my turn, she stood there and listened to what I said, before I finish talking she said she will give me a prescription and then quickly walked away. Hello?! I can see what you printed and put at the front counter, when you remind patients that each consultation is 15mins max for 1 main concern, make sure you as a GP deliver the same thing too. Can’t you at least let me sit in a room, discuss my concern with you and let me know what to do? Seriously so disappointed. Please improve the way you treat a patient, we are here because we need professional advise, not here to pay for nothing.

Local clinic for some simple medications. Services are fine but the management system can be better.

We went to see a GP on Saturday at 1.30pm (it was urgent). The receptionist told us that they are done for the day. Note that they are closed at 4pm on weekends. This is very unacceptable. Medical centers should have sympathy when it comes to urgent cases or even every case they are dealing with. Botany Medical and Urgent Care has shown me that they have no sympathy towards their patients at all. Very disappointed in their service. Very disappointed in their morals.
