Don't listen to the bad reviews. Jock has been an amazing support to me over the last decade, providing effective treatment and support to me through multiple episodes of illness. Given my experience with him I'd never go anywhere else! In the current psychiatrist lineup I only have experience with Anitha who seemed perfectly reasonable and listened intently to what I said.

Jock had me record hours of video testimony he didn't listen to, continually flattered my intelligence instead of providing any treatment plans or techniques, told me he'd organised a multidisciplinary team which he hadn't, then ghosted me for weeks during which he apparently was in argentina selling wine(?). then became completely impossible to contact until i rang a year later and threatened to take him to the tribunal upon which time he agreed to refund all money paid for 'treatment'. so at least i got that back, but ten years later my ocd has progressed to a point where my life as an independent person is completely over. so yeah avoid this place

Appalling. I presented with extreme fatigue, brain fog, memory problems, hypersensitivity , rejection syndrome. inattentiveness, and many other had symptoms that women with menopause experience after a lifetime of impulsive and chaotic experiences that become unbearable. The clinical tests do not apply to my age group and are old fashioned. It was an incredible waste of money. thank god for a friend who was recently diagnosed by a modern practice who told me I was the most adhd person she knew ( she was recently diagnosed and a counsellor) I already knew that and everything I have learnt since confirms it. we don’t fit into the online questionnaires this practice sends out and school reports are not important as several diagnosed friends have told me. this practice relies on the old methods and doesn’t understand women who reach menopause and have significant symptoms that impact their lives. the clues I gave during the interview were ignored. seek treatment from another provider this organisation seeks money and nothing else

Jock has helped me a lot with my reactions to certain situations which is fantastic. I got diagnosed with ADHD about 7 - 8 months ago and through Jocks clinic I had a one on one video call with one of his psychiatrists. First consultation was great but once I took the Medication I had reactions to it where I had to go to A&E. The doctor at A&E prescribed me a slower release Ritalin which worked well. I have had no other follows ups since my first consultation with the psychiatrist, which from him was meant to be 3 months time. I found out from Jocks reception that he had retired. I asked if I could get someone else to review and was told you will have to ring the Crisis team, I said what I just need a review on the medication I’m taking. I rang around other clinics but couldn’t see me as every psychiatrist is booked out well in advance. I kept up with the medication but noticed a decline in my symptoms. Mentally fine but sleeping was an issue. It got to the point that I went to 3 Doctors 2 weeks ago as my body was shutting down as in the last 4-5 weeks I was getting about 3 hours of sleep a night but the medication they gave to sleep was not doing anything. Last Tuesday I went to work and I got to the point after being there for 3 hours I collapse and was taken to hospital. Spoke the doctors about the medication and told them what was going on as I had lost over 8kgs over the last 4 weeks. This has affected my work where I have had to take the last week and this off. Rang Jocks clinic again and spoke to another receptionist at the clinic she was great and got me appointment with another psychiatrist. I know the health system is under constant pressure. I just wish the Psychiatrist who first saw me passed on the information to another psychiatrist at his clinic to follow up on how I was tracking. It is annoying that you have to fight and constantly to get help.

I was worried about the terrible reviews it's gotten, some things met the expectations, some things were better. Unlike majority of the psychiatrist out there, this clinic responded in very fast, and got the issue sorted within 3 days while I was struggling with other psychiatrists for 6 months. Considering most of the psychiatrist didn't even have phone number on their websites, I'd say the service aside from actual meetup with the doctor was great. Now, moving onto the doctor- I wasn't super pleasant with the meeting, but I think he still did a great job and provided me what I needed (for my case it was prescription) so I have no complains. Overall, wouldn't be able to call this service 'top of the class' but I think it's farely decent clinic if you are looking for fast, reliable psychiatrist.

Have been coming here on and off for years now. Really appreciate Jock and his empathy and knowledge. Also recently saw a physiatrist here. Thanks so much team.

Amazing experience with Dr Zubeida and Dr Lindie. Zubeida was my psychiatrist who helped me find the best dose needed and made me feel comfortable for asking for a dose that met my needs. Sometimes you can feel bad for asking for a higher dose, thinking you could be labeled in some way. She never judged me and always worked WITH me, which is such a refreshing change from other psychs. Lindie is an amazing therapist who worked through my addiction issues and saw that the normal routes of therapy weren't working (CBT). She suggested EMDR which has been life changing. She has a demeanor that is comforting but challenging, and pushes you to confront the behaviours you have become accustomed to. Only issue is cost (can't afford after insurance ran out) but it's a small price to pay to help resolve the battle I had with my brain everyday. Highly recommend.

Husband seeked support for his anger and low moods. He Advised was open to medication. But after spending $3000.00, breathing was the treatment offered. Breathing isn't helping his low mood again. We were advised referrals to other specialist support in the team would be possible but wasn't offered. $3000.00 later and breathing has him no better off. Very disappointed, husband stopped going.

The appointment took a while to get which is fine because I understand there are limited resources. The Dr put me on medication which he did not conduct any pretests for. I was supposed to have an ECG and blood work done prior to taking this medication to ensure it would be safe for me. The Dr had no access to my previous medical history and did not ask for it before prescribing. The particular medication prescribed has significant side effects that I was not informed of prior to being prescribed the medication. The Dr prescribed this over Zoom and had never met me in person. They were supposed to send my clinical notes through to my GP from the appointment but it took my GP’s office 4+ weeks of constantly following up and trying to get through before they were able to get my notes. Absolutely shocking service when you have a patient who is reacting poorly to a medication that your clinic has prescribed. Please avoid Rojolie if you value your health and well being.
