Just not worth it. Been with Bakersfield for about the past 30 years and went in today to see a Dr about getting a script and was told I was no longer registered as I hadn't been to the surgery in 3 years. I last went in 2022. Told I would have to pay a casual patient fee. In my job I travel alot and am in and out of the country, but I reside here own a house here, can't understand why they would de- register a patient for not attending the surgery for 3 years, instead of celebrating their good health and wellbeing. Prior to being diagnosed with a health condition in 2022 the last time I had visited a GP anywhere in the world was 2010.....12 years of good health. I felt disappointed to be told I would be seen as a casual patient and of course the cost, which is excessive for an older person who has had no income for a number of months. Will look for another surgery that meets my needs.

We had a very good experience during my daughterβs vaccination. The service provided by the caregivers was excellent, and we were attended to promptly. Nurse Kammy was especially kind, caring, and supportive, which made the experience much easier for our daughter and for us as parents. We truly appreciated the professionalism and care shown. Thank you to the team. Highly recommended to anyone visiting the clinic.

Be careful how you book as if you have a doctors appointment and need to see a nurse for a dressing change, you may be charged for both.. I.e $30 plus another $20 for the dressing change. Vensa, their booking system also does not refund even if cancelled correctly or communicate to you about it. (It does stay in credit). The nurses are awesome however.

The Service provided by the caregivers were exceptional. From the receptionist to the triage nurses and the doctor all gave their 100% and attended us straight away. Dr Matthew, staff nurse Abbey, nurse Kammy were phenomenal . We are so happy with the treatment and care level by the staff. They all were very professional and caring. Thank you so much and god bless all of you. Highly appreciate your professionalism and highly recommended to anyone wishing to visit the clinic.

Absolutely disgusting customer service. My father called to make a booking, but his usual doctor is going on holiday so can't see him before he goes as he is fully booked. So the nurses advised to just walk in and see a doctor. So he walks into the clinic and they tell him to take a seat and 2 hours later he goes to the counter and asks the receptionist how many more patients before he is seen and she laughs and says "not sure about 15 more". What kind of rubbish customer service is this? You can't expect someone to just spend their whole day in the waiting room especially after you advised them that they can just do a walk in and whats with the condescending response? Just disgusting. Next time at least advise your patients it may take the entire day before you are seen so the patient can decide weather its worth going to the clinic or managing with OTC medication which can be dispensed in under 5 mins and lose the attitude.

Worst customer service ever. I definitely wont recommend anyone to come here. No one was answering call and i tried to book online but still there was so much confusion.. so i walkin to medical center. I got served by indian lady who was little confused with my query but the lady beside her islander lady not sure whats her name she started laughing what i asked her about next appointment not sure what was funny .. but i felt so bad .. so she started ignoring me when i look at her .. she shouldnt be there anymore so tell her how to behave with patients..not acceptable ..

Went to take my infant for a check up. I was told it will take approximately 2hours for walk in customers. I had waited for over 3hours just to see a doctor!!!! Like seriously. They need to increase the number of doctors for walk in customers instead of just 1 lousy doctor! (Or inform walk in customers immediately of the number of doctors for walk ins for people?) Aannnddd maybe a pediatrician to separate children from adults?

I want to thank the staff (admin, nurses and the doctor) that took excellent care of me today. Each and everyone of you were so gentle, kind and empathetic even though it was obvious how busy you all were - your standard of care to your patients stayed at a highly professional level and executed with humbleness. I left feeling valued, heard and respected.

Phoned a week earlier to book a phone consultation. I left my new phone number, reiterating that the old number was no longer in service. The appointed time arrived and no phone call. I phoned the clinic, and was advised that the Dr will be notified. I waited and waited. Frustrated, I phoned again thirty minutes before their closing time, just to find out that they rang the old number!! This Clinic is messed up! What happened to the excellent receptionists that used to be there? The Dr.s' are good, but the front desk is letting the Dr.s' and the clinic down.
