Normally we have a appointment with Dr rajneesh .I don't know whey the lady attend us every time. She is so roude n not listening us properly. So please personally advice to the clinic pay attention on your staff .
I have been seeing Dr. Raj for 9 years. Before moving to New Zealand, I lived in Israel, so I have experience with different healthcare systems and can make a fair comparison — and I can confidently say that Dr. Raj is one of the best doctors I have ever seen. I first came to him on the recommendation of highly skilled professionals, and I have been seeing only him ever since. Today, some friends asked which doctor I go to, and I shared the link to Dr. Raj clinic at their request. It was the first time I actually looked at the reviews, and I was really surprised because they do not reflect my experience at all. Dr. Raj is attentive, professional, and always fully addresses the issue, even if it sometimes requires a short wait. I have recommended him to many people, and everyone has been very happy and grateful. The clinic staff are always polite and helpful, assisting with appointments, questions, and organization. I have never had any problems with them, and I believe that many negative reviews are not based on real experiences, but rather on people’s moods or impatience. For me, the most important thing is the doctor himself, and as a specialist, Dr.Raj deserves the highest praise. I sincerely recommend him to anyone who values attentive and professional medical care.
Poor service rude receptionist, zero duty of care take your business elsewhere trust me never use these useless people
Zero duty of care, they will not see you unless you are registered. They do not care about you, not even basic humanity. Receptionist thinks she knows everything, but is good for nothing.
Dr Raj and the nurses are just lovely here. They always take their time and seem to truly care about their patients.

Dr.Raj is very friendly, caring and approachable doctor. He is a good listener who takes his time with diagnosis and ensures that patient's concerns are addressed. Reception staff and nurses are also very friendly and supportive.

The nurse and receptionist are so rude, useless and aggressive. They need to understand they are not in INDIA and they don't have a right to yell at their patients. I will never recommend this place to any of my friend and family. Rather than solving their patients problem they are saying don't waste our time. If coming to you is a time waste you should not be running this so called business.
Lady Staff at reception is very rude, not helpful at all, They mock the patients. Patients are not seen as per booking schedule, unnecessary delays. Tried to phone them, phone always been on voice mail, never been answered. There is no alternative number provided. I had examined by doctor and i had to come back just in 10 minutes due to continuous problems. I informed staff that I am feeling svere dizziness and head rash, they kept me waiting for 45 minuets instead of asking help. I requested again they said wait till all patients get seen. Then I got frustrated and left. Really felt ignored and down. I never gona go there ever again.
