   Went to the clinic after ages and was pleasantly surprised by how immaculate this is. Dr Rao is very professional and ensured that I was examined thoroughly. Nurse was very friendly and reception staff answered all questions politely. I will go to this clinic to see Dr Rao only in future even if it means waiting for days for an appointment.

   I trust that my dignity and integrity is held at a high standard here. From the receptionist to the care and respect I receive from the nurses are second to none and my appointments are always thorough. Thank you for implementing the appointment plan, as long waits have almost become a distant memory.

   No point to make an appointment….. I had to rush to be on time and I’m here waiting for one whole hour …. With the empty clinic….. staff is nice but I’m not here to see nice people ….. I wish they improve that service … I can only hear people laughing inside ….

   We came today 730am and after 2.5hrs asked reception what time doctor will see said after 4 patients then went after one hr same answer.Worst service ever.most patients came after us we saw they saw the doctor. Looks like favortism is on very high level here.I think in south Auckland need more public hospitals this local doctors health centres can’t cater now.Even if we come in the afternoon the will send you home.

   Worst customer service ever. I wonder if someone read the reviews and actually does take any action. I called them and asked them if the I can visit the Mount Roskill medical centre. They said they will definitely see me after 5 pm as before that its only by appointment. When I went there I was told they can not see me because they have reached their capacity(The receptionists were super rude in mount roskill centre as well). I wish they someday get the taste of their own medicine.

   You will die by the time the doctors sees you. Go to high brook medical instead much better, a bit pricy but at least you don't have to wait 3-4 hours just to see a doctor.

   One of the worst customer service. I would give zero if theres any option. They should be closed by now. I booked an appointment there and customer service lady told me to wait for 2 to 3 hours. After waiting that long I asked her how long it will another take she told to wait another 2 to 3 hours. When I asked as I was in queue she said you are not in emergency, her words were “are you bleeding or dying” I mean seriously? If that is not emergency still I am sick thats why I have to see doctor. Does not matter if patient is not in emergency still he could be having another commitments or he could be on medication or need some rest, cant spend the whole day sitting and waiting for queue if not emergency. They always do that with patients. Yesterday I went to local doctors Weymouth first and was told to go to Dawson road as they had only one doctor there. When I went to Dawson road (even they had 3 or 4 doctors available) they suggested to go to east tamaki one as they were only taking emergency patients. This needs to be fixed as they cant treat patients so badly and should be having humanity.

   I like their Services It's not an Acute ER so if you're really sick Dial 111 Services are good. The African Nurse and Indian Nurses of the practice are excellent
