Always waiting more than 30min even if I book in advance. Booked at 11:45 and waited until 12:30, don’t come here guys not worth it. Enroll to other medical care is way more better.

very disappointed on today's experience with the Doctor. I was told that I need to do the blood test 6 months after my last blood test in the end of Nov. 2024. Somehow, I only could do the blood test recently. I went to the lab today, but the nurse can't find my blood test in the system. The lab nurse was very nice and advised me to call the doctor. When I reached the doctor, the doctor said that my blood test was expired as it should be 6 months after last Nov., that's the reason the lab nurse can't find it. In fact, it's not true. even if it's expired, the nurse should find it in the system. Then, the doctor asked me to pay about $30-35, then she could initiate the blood test in the system. It's ridicules. The doctor forgot to initiate the blood test in the system for me and now she requested the pay for re-initiate it. How a bad experience today.

I had a great experience with Dr. Xie,She was incredibly kind, thorough, and professional. I really appreciated how attentive and supportive she was throughout my visits. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for a caring and knowledgeable doctor.

The doctor showed no sympathy and very impatient. My father mentioned the medicine had bad side effects so he stopped talking it. Doctor wasn’t agreed and said it could be the patient’s own problem. And said you can take pain killer to reduce the side effects. That means my father would end up taking more medicines which is only causing more harm to his body. The doctor is basically prescribed according to the blood test result, not showing any care or concerns about the patient. I think I can do the same job with a commerce degree. Never coming back to this clinic! By the way, it’s Doctor Lee.

I’ve been visiting this clinic for four years, and every time I arrive early, I still end up waiting at least half an hour. Recently, I booked an appointment for 9:30 AM. At around 9:15, a staff member with a Southern accent called me and kept insisting that I was late, repeatedly asking, “How far away are you?” I told her I am on my way, I would be there in 5-10 minutes, but she said she couldn’t hear me properly and told me that even if I arrived, I wouldn’t be able to see the doctor. Then she hung up on me. Afterwards, I double-checked my appointment details, but there was no email confirmation, even though they had said they would send one when I booked. If Google had a zero-star rating option, I would give it to her. As for the GP, while he may be professional, I personally didn’t feel comfortable talking to him. He seemed quite shy and reluctant to engage in conversation. If you’re looking for a GP here, I’d recommend trying a few different doctors to find the one that suits you best.

Phone line never gets picked up. Don’t see much point registering with this clinic when you can never get hold of their staff and book an appointment.

Worst experience on the phone ever, the receptionist was rude and impatient. She kept on asking me for my visa, rather than answering my question. She hang up before the conversation is even finished. I asked for her name and she simply ignored it

Average wait time for an appointment is 2 weeks. And reception phone line is useless since you can never get to them. I see no point of registering with them since I could never book when I need to see doctors. I had to use A&E more often. And they are quite expensive compare to other clinics.

If I could give zero star... for the worst experiences I had with this GP Clinic. Every time I have to wait 30-60 mints for my appointment. I try everything to understand, but the front desk staff show no care or knowledge about the situation. The final straw for me was when I was asked to see the doctor on a Saturday, which incurred an additional $10 surcharge. As usual, I had to endure a 43-minute wait, despite complaining three times because I was suffering from a severe and frequent cough. To make matters worse, the doctor made a mistake with my prescription, which I discovered when consulting with the pharmacist. Unfortunately, by the time I realized the error, the clinic had already closed. I couldn't get my prescription due to the doctor's negligence, leaving me to suffer with worsening symptoms over the weekend without any help or medication support. This level of unprofessionalism is highly concerning, and I strongly believe that this clinic has significant issues with its workflow, attitude, and professionalism. The mistake they made with prescription is not just a minor inconvenience; it has the potential to have life or death consequences.

I can understand due to busy working environment if your stuff have a bad temper. But their bad temper is everytime. Not just bad temper but disrespectful. They even shout at my mom and discuss my mom’s conditions at front desk where irrelevant people can hear. I can’t understand the attitude if the work is overwhelming to you, why don’t you just quit and don’t sit there be a boomer?
