Definitely it was not scary as it sounds like, It is super helpful for the child. Dr. Colin's assistant Olwyn is amazing, she is always great with communication, very kind, warm and approachable. Even I did lots of research on the treatment, but still had real difficulty in making the decision. But Olwyn is always there listen, answer my questions, reassure me. It really helps!!!
