“To all the doctors, nurses and support workers in in the kids first ED- from a mom who had two overnight admissions with two of my kids within a week’s span. One a suspected accident related issue and the other a medical issue. She not only is so professional, but she also listens, take notice, very friendly, is up to date with every need of her clients. Thank you, Jessica, for an amazing JOB as per normal. “We are so fortunate that we found Auckland Children's ENT! Dr Colin Barber is a super experienced ENT specialist. He is great with kids, a true expert in children ENT! My 2-year-old son made significant improvements on his overall health after the surgery. Definitely it was not scary as it sounds like, It is super helpful for the child. Dr. Colin's assistant Olwyn is amazing, she is always great with communication, very kind, warm and approachable. Even I did lots of research on the treatment, but still had real difficulty in making the decision. But Olwyn is always there listen, answer my questions, reassure me. It really helps!!!
