Thank you so much, Katrina, for urgently sorting out my prescription. As the initial pharmacy did not have sufficient stock, you promptly arranged for it to be sent to another pharmacy, which I greatly appreciated given that I’m travelling overseas the next day.

I've always had a great experience with the front desk, people complaining of long wait times don't understand this is every GP, it's not a failing of this particular GP but the way that our government is handling their funding and staffing. Shirley, Angelina and Britney are a great chat and are very understanding, but most importantly Dr Sarah is incredible at her job, she listens well and is very knowledgeable. 10/10 would recommend.

Always a positive experience, amazing doctors especially Sarah Holmes great follow up and amazing receptionists! I’ve sat in the waiting room and seen them get absolutely abused for no other reason than no appointments for walk ins available. Keep up the great work

While the doctors here are excellent and provide great care, my experience with the front desk staff has been disappointing. The receptionists have come across as unprofessional and unhelpful. It's consistently difficult to book an appointment—I'm often told to call early in the morning, yet no slots are available even then. I hope the clinic can address this issue, as a more courteous and efficient front desk would greatly improve the overall experience."

I have been attending Papakura east medical centre my whole life, it is a great centre. Dr Keith Holmes Is an amazing doctor, he is fantastic!! Dr Sarah Holmes is incredible, both of them are lovely to talk to. Katrina always has a smile on her face and she makes me feel welcomed every single visit. It’s an awesome medical centre filled with lovely staff!

Useless. I've moved. They know this, and they confirmed with a reply that they know this. Email them asking for repeats of my regular prescriptions to be sent to a new pharmacy. They send my prescriptions to the old pharmacy and they charge me a prescription fee, and then ignore multiple emails sent over multiple business days asking them to correct the problem. You'd think they would care about whether mental health patients get their medications (that we are told over and over we cannot suddenly stop taking) sent to the correct place but nope. You're not getting another cent from me until you fix the mistake and send my prescription to the correct pharmacy. Unprofessional af.

I can understand why patients feel a little frustrated when trying to get a hold of reception. On average it takes more than 10 minutes to get anyone and that's if you're lucky.

I have a young daughter and one of the receptionists not Katrina she is lovely has actually made me feel scared to call in for an appointment due to the way I was spoken to like she didn't need to come in. It's very upsetting so I've just been taking my daughter to the a&e instead. I have tried to make multiple appointments but had no answer as being on hold for a long time or even being hung up on. I'm upset that this doctors has given me so much anxiety to make an appointment. Also most clinics you can book online and this one doesn't seem to have that option. Unless they have not informed me of this. Will be looking for a new doctor as I don't want to feel judged or to scared like I'm wasting their time when I need my daughter to be seen.
