Food shops cost about the same as normal shops for me so it's good value for money. And I've lost 3.5kg in 4 weeks, just be sticking to the plan. It's amazing! Thank you.”

If I need to get in urgently I usually can, the staff are polite, caring, patient and friendly. I have Dr Michael Koch who is amazing. I use their online portal and he has even responded over a weekend when it has been urgent. Recently I saw an elderly lady bring in baking for a Dr there. I would highly recommend this service and the staff.”
