   I have been enrolled as a patient at Three Kings Accident and Medical Centre for well over a decade. I cannot speak highly enough of the medical staff there I've worked with: Dr. Pang, Dr. Harrison, and, especially, Dr. Powell. They have always and without exception been thorough and insightful during my consultations with them. I inevitably left my consultations feeling that the medical issues discussed were being addressed in a highly competent manner, and due to their professional care, I have remained in excellent health, overall, despite my somewhat advanced age. In the case of Dr. Powell, on many occasions, I have used the patient portal over weekends and public holidays to send requests for repeat prescriptions or to message him about one of my health conditions. I would not expect even a highly conscientious physician to get back to me on on these requests and messages until the next business day, but Dr. Powell has always responded within twenty-four hours, even on weekends and public holidays. This shows a deep sense of professionalism and dedication to patients.

   I moved to this area 18 months ago and one of the best things is this medical centre. Great hours, affordability, nurses that are calm, kind and so professional. My doctor understands my needs, follows up and is so approachable. Best medical centre with supports right there. Great having the pharmacy attached as well. 100/10 for this place.

   I understand that working in healthcare can be stressful and busy, and I always make sure to be polite and respectful when speaking with staff. However, my recent experience with one of the receptionists was quite disappointing. When I approached the desk to ask a simple question, the receptionist responded in a very rude and grumpy manner, despite me speaking kindly the entire time. It made me feel uncomfortable and hesitant to ask for further help. I appreciate the hard work that the team does, but I believe basic courtesy goes a long way—especially in a healthcare setting where people are already worried or unwell. I hope this can be improved moving forward so that all patients feel welcomed and supported.

   This is my experience. Enrolled here since 10 years almost. Needed prescription for my long term condition. Called in for appointment, reception said nothing available, I asked for walk in, they said yes.you can. Went in, Nurse said if you come next time without an appointment I won't let you see the Dr. That won't be good to go back home without seeing the dr. As driving one way 40 min in traffic is not pleasant. Specially when I asked before coming in. So I raised the issue. Director replied after 40 days saying we don't have gp's for regular walk-ins. At least , that's what I understood from his email. But their website says they are medical clinic and have gp's. Very disappointing and sad. Don't know if that's regular way of working, reception saying something, nurse saying something, website saying something. Or just a one off experience for me. Wasn't expecting this from a medical facility. If they can streamline their processes. That might help patient better.

   I’ve been seeing Dr. Kate for a long time and really appreciate her kindness and care. She’s very knowledgeable, helped me with my gall bladder problem, and also supported me through a bone fracture. So grateful to have her as my GP!

   The doctor Khan is kinda rude and impatient. I just double check with him to make sure I understand right. He shook his head and explained to me. And also he didn’t listen to me what happened to me and kept interrupting me. I know the appt is only 15m, but I don’t think I even reached for 15m long.

   This one receptionist was just SO RUDE. I asked a simple question and she made me feel so incompetent for even asking. The process to get a single x ray was painful, I'd rather have gone home with my fracture. The doctors and nurse are good, just the process to get to one was so painful.

   Doctor is good and thoughtful. Receptionists however need to be more aware. I arrived for an X-ray and was told to go and sit and wait. I wasted almost 3 hours total in the waiting room as nobody bothered to check I was waiting. I had to go and ask how much longer it would be and was told I shouldn't have had to wait at all and was sent to the right area for the X-ray which was finally done very quickly. Could have been avoided if the receptionist wasn't rude and explained what I had to do instead of sending me off to the waiting room and forgetting about me.

   Considering the wait time and unavailability of appointments at my GP and other places these guys were pretty good, I got admitted and seen within an hour. The receptionist should be more clear with instructions! She’s rude and it’s like she’s forced to be doing her job.

   I went to the Three Kings A & E Clinic for the first time today (Sunday 23rd April 2023) for a sinus infection and I was very impressed with all three staff that I dealt with.The receptionist was very polite and helpful,the nurse was very efficient and thorough and the doctor was extremely professional and thorough. He was great with his examination,explanations and consequent prescribing of what I desperately needed and he did not rush the consultation at all. Definitely a 10/10 experience for me and the waiting time was not too bad considering it was a Sunday morning.
