Wonderful experience from the phone call explaining the emergency situation for my FIL who is visiting with us. Great nurses and doctors. So grateful to everyone. Thanks so much everyone for making a stressful situation feel better because we were treated with such great care and kindness.
Receptionists were nice and trying to be as efficient as possible. Nurses were all nice. Dr Amanda is GREAT, such a nice lady and really knows her stuff
I am very happy and satisfied with my doctor Kanchana she is lovely when it comes to talking to the patients. Every question I ask she always explains it very well and her advice is straight to the point. She takes care of me very well also She is also my third GP and this is the first time, I am comfortable and confident in asking. Thank you and will always come back here to book appointments
This medical centre is one of the worst places to get your immigration medical exam. The price is extremely high: they charge almost NZD 700, while other places offer the full exam —including X-rays and blood tests— for around NZD 390. On top of that, they don’t even do the X-rays on site, which makes the process more inconvenient. To make things worse, one of the nurses is not friendly, and the other one doesn’t speak English very well, which makes communication difficult.
On Thursday I visited your clinic with severe asthma symptoms. The nurses were very helpful and the doctor by the name Amanda was incredible. She’s such a wonderful doctor. If ever I come again I’ll prefer to see her.
The doctors are great but the reception, I am tired of being profiled because of the color of my skin everytime I go there. Every single time I get asked about my residency. I have provided everything and everytime they bloody ask me to show them email them. Do your job properly and update the profile. I literally got told to show that otherwise they wouldn't see my 3 year old today and i was there 4 weeks ago. What the hell is wrong with the customer service.
Understaffing issues makes staff under stress. They are busy and make me feel sorry to ask any questions or requests. I can see they are genuinely friendly and good people. Medical centre is too crowded and long queue all the time.
I had injured myself at school. It took a long time for the call to be answered however from there everything else was amazing. The service was fantastic. Yes it was quiet which was a bonus but having an X-ray and doctor visit within 30 min it’s amazing (especially these days)
I had an appointment, arrived 10 minutes early to be told the doctor is not in and they sent messages out ( which I DID NOT receive)I will have to wait in the walk in queue which is about 30 min. I've shown the receptionist that i have not received any communication from them other than the appointment reminder which I received 3 hours before my appointment and she treated me like " that's a you problem " . I've waited in the queue I had no other option as I took the day off, 45 minutes later ( just after another patient was taken in) I went to reception to ask how long its still going to be and the lady told me there is still another patient in front of me, so to my knowledge the waiting time will be another 30 minutes. I asked her to cancel since I was already late to pick up my children and to please make sure in the future that the patients are in fact notified if a doctor won't be in as we are also working according to a schedule. As I was talking to her she got up and walked away! Also got the feeling of "thats a YOU problem"
I give 3-stars. And they are all for in house service. They really really need to fix their phone system. It always feels useless to try and call, better to pop in (if you can). Nurses and doctors are great but I feel like reception needs a rejig. I’m sure my call was not “next in line” for 60+ minutes! Disappointing as I’ve been a patient here for 25 years and seen minimal improvement on this side of things
