   I visited Manukau Medical Centre and spoke with a receptionist named Rubal. Unfortunately, my experience was very poor. She behaved in an unprofessional manner and did not demonstrate appropriate ethics or customer service. When I explained that my doctor had advised me to visit the centre and that I needed to see a doctor, her facial expressions and attitude were inappropriate and made me feel uncomfortable. Overall, the service I received was disappointing.Please hire some professional and educated staff.

   Everytime when I booked doctor's appointment, waiting time is more then half an hour. There was other time i had to wait nearly an hour and this one time i was 15min late for my appointment and they couldn't take me not even wanting to know why I was late. I feel like I need to change my doctor's.

   Newly arrived here & needed to register both myself & my husband. Looked up their website which stated they were accepting new enrolments. Dutifully downloaded the forms. Spent the better part of the morning filling them out. Called reception to make appointments & was told they weren’t accepting new patients & to try “next year”. When told their website stated they were accepting new patients: “We might have to take that off…”. No, YOU THINK?? Not impressed.

   If I could give this medical centre less than zero I would. Worst service I have ever had from a medical centre in NZ, every time I book an appointment for myself or my kids online or over the phone (when they actually decide to answer my call) I have an issue with which doctor they've booked me with (as it turns out there is actually two different doctors here) which is not represented on their online Portal (which allows you to book with any doctor). The wait time is always ridiculous even after booking an appointment and they seem to have hired receptionists who have no idea what's going on. I booked an appointment with the nurse a week prior, and when I attended I got told by the reception that the nurse was on a break and they had no idea when she's coming back. Fast forward almost 40 minutes later I had to end up going back to reception and yelling to have anyone even bother to check what's going on, when I eventually saw the nurse the nurse told me she's not been on break and that the reception have no idea what they're talking about. I would not recommend this place, there's honestly much better options elsewhere

   OMG..... I have been coming to this place for years now..... and I have finally had enough..... EVER SINGLE TIME I make a appointment, I have to wait at least 1 hour after my appointment time before I get see the doctor.... it is just not on... ... and the worst thing is, I finally said something to the doctor about it.. and his words were maybe it's time for you to look for another doctor!!!!!! Really what kind of doctor says that to his patient???? So unbelievable and my partner and I were so disappointed.........

   Took my wife today as a follow up to the first visit. We are extremely disappointed with both visits and are already looking for a new doctor and practice for our future visits. Dr. Glenda with 20 years experience as she told us, has poor communication skills. She mumbles and does not provide a satisfactory response and experience to our visit. I told her to speak a bit clearly and louder for my wife with English as second language to understand, she continued mumbling on both visits. She also did not provide clear explanations to the test results and I still don’t know what the results said. Even I had difficulty understanding what she was saying. She speaks really fast and mumbles and types away. When we talk to her, she stares at us and mumbles again making us feeling uneasy and uncomfortable to discuss further. I regret signing up and spending money and our time with Dr Glenda. We won’t come back to see her again. However, The receptionist is fine and professional , and nurses are good and experienced.

   Dr Kierrtana is top-notch and knows what she is doing. I cannot thank you enough! :) I can see this local medical centre is trying hard to assist as many people as they can, especially in this busiest time of all. :) Much appreciated!
