“I took my daughter in for her first dental appointment and it went great, she was so happy as everyone was very nice and helpful. Their service was excellent with phone and text messages reminding the appointment time. The clinic was very tidy and clean too. I thought I’d give a review as I was worried at first reading all the bad reviews.”

They really went the extra mile to help me sort out some complex things around my visa and funding, and because of their help, I was actually able to access the care I needed. A special thank you to Corné—you were amazing and so efficient and empathetic. Also, can we talk about how lovely the reception staff are? They’re always warm, welcoming, and incredibly polite, even when things are super busy. It really makes such a difference walking into a place and being greeted with kindness. “The telephone here could be tricky to reach, but rest assured—they always return calls if you leave a voicemail. We’ve visited this clinic several times and seen three to four different dentists, all of whom are incredibly gentle and patient with children. Highly recommend this place, especially Katherine! She’s young, cheerful, and has such a playful approach that it feels like a game for the kids while she completes their dental treatment.”

“I just had my COVID test here for boarding the plane. The nurse and doctor are super nice and gentle. It was such an amazing experience. I strongly recommend this place.”

“Once they know you, their service is awesome. I recommend them to people because they are affordable and good service. You can walk in at 4 any day of the week u are unwell but waiting times can be longer depending on how many people. otherwise booking times can be available anytime to any doctor once you are fully registered. If you are a new patient they will need to fully know you before they can let you come visit them like other health clinics. Otherwise staff are good.”

“This is a brilliant medical practice. My doctor is Dr Asima and I cannot praise her highly enough. She’s so thorough and actually cares about her patients. I have also seen other doctors in this practice and they are all fantastic.”

“This is my favourite clinic, not as busy as the main centre in Silverdale. Last year my long serving GP Rebekah Thompson has left. So greatful for her exceptional care, but her replacement Paul Kim is proving to be equally capable. Finally about the comments made about the receptionist: I did not find her " unfriendly". She does her job well.”

“We had the most wonderful experience today at the clinic. Despite not being able to make contact via the phone at the start, I was called back and had an appointment made promptly. Not only that, but when we arrived we were appointed Dentist Rehutai, who recognised that we spoke Te Reo Māori and adapted to speak to my children and I in Te Reo. It was a truly calming and inviting experience. Our whānau feel very fortunate to have our local children's dentist acknowledge our tuakiritanga and also it left us feeling empowered and inspired by our wāhine Māori who are healthcare providers as they create a space that is safe for us to be Māori and that our needs are met. “I was apprehensive about going here but they could fit us in straight away so went. Lynne was absolutely amazing. My son is 15 months old and she didn’t rush, helped with my bag, didn’t pressure him when he got upset and overall it was a wonderful experience. Maybe ask for Lynne if you make an appointment?”

“Dr Sheelagh James saved my husband's life by requesting tests early on when symptoms were still undetectable. Dr John McCartie is my doctor and he is kind and thorough. I've also seen Dr Glenn Neo and Dr Victor Ji and they are both fabulous. Everyone really cares. The patient portal works well and wait times are usually not too bad either.”

Reception is always warm and friendly and they’ll always do their best to find an appointment for you as soon as possible. After miserable experiences at other practices, I will go out of my way to stay enrolled here!”
