   I visited OneCare Health yesterday Wednesday with a family member registered at the clinic and noticed some improvements, with the reception team being welcoming and attentive. However, I witnessed an incident. An Indian lady with short hair, possibly a nurse, confronted the receptionist in an aggressive manner after asking a question. When the receptionist answered, "I don’t know," the lady began yelling at her in front of everyone, making the receptionist visibly uncomfortable. Despite the receptionist trying to stay calm and move away, the situation escalated. I have seen the Indian nurse lady previously she seemed ok. The nurse's behaviour today was unprofessional and intimidating, especially in front of patients. If I were the receptionist, I would have filed a complaint. It’s disheartening to see this kind of behaviour, as it reflects poorly on the clinic.

   Had a few downsides with getting bookings but Thank you so much to the receptionist antonia for your lovely help when i called the 3rd time round she had picked up and helped me with request of prescriptions as she does when booking an appointment also. You go above and beyond. i hope your getting the recognition you should. Also Dr Roimata and Dr Peter are superb and how they show care and patience for me with my symptoms and actually listening to my concerns. Meitaki Maata

   I have been here multiple times and each time my experience has been very welcoming. The nurse was attentive and friendly, listening to my concerns, she has a lovely attitude which made me feel at ease. Doctor Herman was wonderful also. Very understanding, attentive to my health problems and made my experience so abundant. I am so grateful for the team today and your ongoing efforts to serve our community.    I will never ever be coming back to these doctors. i’ve been unenrolled from onecare for quite sometime but i will never recommend onecare to anybody. i had been having trouble with my tailbone thinking it was something to do with my nerves, because i had been diagnosed with anxiety and depression he said maybe i was just thinking the pain was there when it actually wasn’t. turns out i had an abscess and had surgery to remove it. they don’t listen to you. always a different doctor when your making an appointment. waiting 2 weeks - a month to be seen, it’s absolutely ridiculous.

   If I could give this family doctor a 0 I would! I have been with this family doctor since birth back then it was called church street doctors where our favourite Roger Donald family doctor would take so much care for us. Now it’s called one care and wow! Changed so much can’t even book appointments till 3 to 4 weeks later…. When calling up for a repeat prescription they say doctors will call us or nurse 4 days later nothing but yet they bill you already but no calls or prescription sent to the pharmacy. When I’m there for an appointment it sad when you see elderly and sick kids coming and getting told to leave due to no appointments available they’ll recommend us to go white cross and spend more money there to see a doctor. One care you need to do something about this situation it’s stupid and and useless everything about Onecare health is just ridiculous.

   Doctor keeps eating apple everything he is away rohit singla I need to get checked been with one care health since birth they have no care The health coach falla named Jeffery won't let me apply for a assisted death and he starts to ask for a fight over the phone telling me to come otahuhu.

   Hands down to the nurse practitioner (Sara) who was very helpful and informative about my health issues. She was very enthusiastic, kind and took the time to educate me about my health care as well as giving me multiple options for my decision making. I’ve never been so satisfied either!
