“Profoundly upset & frustrated to learn that The Warehouse has been been strong-armed out of Milford Mall, despite the Group's offer of favourable financial terms & the overwhelming support of locals in the area. We are losing the ONLY outlet providing DIY, Gardening, Furniture, Crafts, Home/Kitchen Ware, Appliances, Tech, - to name a few. It's a lovely, peaceful place with delightful ambiance. I came in looking for some bracelets and Idil provided the best customer service I have ever had she was very welcoming helpful and accommodating she helped me find 3 new bracelets as well as some charms. Idil was awesome, so friendly, very patient and helpful the whole time providing excellent customer service when trying to find which bracelets I liked the most, to sizes and showing how each bracelet was different. We must of been in there for a hour to find our perfect bracelets and charms and Idil was patient with us the entire time, and didnt rush us. Idil made my trip to pandora the best it could possibly be it was the first time in a while I had actually been able to walk out of a store and feel very happy with where I spent my money, and ill definitely be back to see Idil and buy more things. Her costumer service is amazing, please Idil deserves so so so much recognition for her outstanding customer service.”

My five-star rating is specifically for my Boxing Day shopping experience. I sought assistance from three different individuals, all of whom were unable to help me. This five-star rating is dedicated to 'Ben,' who graciously took the time to retrieve items from boxes as they were not yet on the shelves, and to the young lady at customer service, who typically works at the self-checkout. Both individuals provided exceptional assistance.”

“I had such a lovely experience at Pandora Albany today! Unfortunately, I don’t know the staff member’s name, but she had long blonde hair. She was incredibly kind, patient, and really listened to what I wanted. From our chat, I understood she’s quite new to Pandora, but the customer service she provided and the way she helped me proved her great skills. “Josh just saved my Christmas. I was after a Disney plushie for my gf’s mother, that had an annoying sku which multiple plushies were linekd to. I’ve been to two other Warehouse locations and had been met with lackluster customer service; pointing me towards the direction and/or not bothering to investigate stock amounts. And then I met Josh. This man looked up the sku, grabbed a ladder, and went hunting. The situation was getting dire as each box he went skimmed through failed to match what we were after. The last box looked grim, but as he turned it around, low and behold was the fateful sku I’ve been feining to find. The toy was raised out of the box like a new born child and passed to me. In that heart racing moment I promised to Josh that I’d write him a Google review. Please give him a raise.”
