   Bad customer service literally have been told “maybe order a click n collect for things” even tho it’s says in stock when i enter the store. They just say oh it’s out the back and don’t even go out to the back or ask someone to bring out. We just wanna walk in to a store and grab things that we see is in stock not have to order to guarantee we get what’s needed.

   I had a very positive experience with the Mount Roskill warehouse team. Today, I ordered a 10ft trampoline online at $299 through Zip's click-& collect service. After the Mt Roskill office did not answer my call, a staff manager returned my call. The 10ft trampoline was out of stock, & he apologize.The manager then offered me to a 12ft upgrade trampoline price at $349, at no extra cost. This excellent customer service has made my Christmas Eve, & my two grandsons & son will be happy & enjoy their presents. I would like to thank the team at Mount Roskill warehouse & give them a 5-star rating. Merry Christmas to the Mt Roskill Warehouse Team

   Had an order for click and collect, the manager I suppose (lady with tattoos at the counter on 27/11 at around 4.50pm) was so rude. When collected my order I just asked her about if the item i had purchased was available in different colours and she answered me as no that’s what you ordered and that’s what is packed. I just said that it does come in different colours and while ordering online it didn’t give me option to select colours. She rudely replied as do you want refund. I mean is it that hard to reply politely or even check to help your customer look for what they want? It was for my babies and they just have different colour preferences. Poor customer service ☹️

   I have been coming here for the past couple of months and every single time there is only one checkout operating regardless of how big the queue is. I waited 15 minutes in line to buy two things and once I was served, the queue was twice as long as when I came in. How is it that there are so many staff members at the store yet there is such poor service to its' customers. I am not a person who requires amazing customer service experience but the least an establishment can do is to provide service in a timely manner.

His Name is unique , starts with a “ G “ is all I remember. I hope this gets back to him, he helped me Thursday morning 16 October. Big smile, no hesitation. You deserve some recognition. Drove from Manukau. Awesome first impressions.

   Worst store ever. I got robbed twice. Got a pillow pack which was supposed to have two nos in a pack but had only 1. I missed to notice this on the packaging but the billing staff should have known and never cared to even inform me that the package has already been opened. Got a box of 2 x bottles for the blended, which only had 1 bottle while I opened the box.

   Waste of time , Only one counter open and another are roaming around Once you reach after long que staff said can’t see item in their system so you need to wait another computer to check the stock. Waiting for 25 min on different counter . Very bad service no option for without star Frustrating experience

   This is a nice warehouse to shop at, feel like they have everything you need here from baby stuff, furniture, clothing, beauty, homewares, some grocery items, footwear and childrens toys. This warehouse also has a good electronics and book section. Parking here is easy, plenty of parking and never an issue getting a space. I do also appreciate that this warehouse is open till 10pm most nights and later than most other warehouse stores. This makes it quite convenient.
