   Have bought a watch from silvermoon. Was told best if the store orders it for me as it is the last watch they have in the country. They drop the price of the same watch to almost half the price a week after my purchase. They refused to refund the difference in price I have paid. They are claiming it was an error in the system and the watch should not be discounted like that. Staff from store was very helpful and responsive, however, the management has refused to give a refund for the price difference. Very disappointing and deceiving to drop the price and not have any stock available and also to refuse to give refund. Shop assistant also lied and said I can get a full refund if I change my mind about the watch. New shop assistant said that was not the case and I can only get a store credit.

   This place went above and beyond for me. We purchased my engagement and wedding ring from here. I had an accident with my engagement ring, couldn’t find my receipt. They found it and did EVERYTHING I needed to do for an insurance claim so when it came time For me to submit my claim it was accepted instantly as all the proof was there! The work done was incredible! I could not fault this place, thank you!

   I just went to get a ring polished (so shiny, as pictured) and this is now my favourite jewellery store! The staff were so lovely and there are so many beautiful pieces. She even polished my other rings for me while I gazed at everything and made my mental shopping list. I will definitely be back

   I came into the botany store yesterday to find a gift for my dad, I was served by Tanvi, she really knew what I wanted she gave me so many options to choose from. At the end I found this watch which I really liked. Her service was amazing and so professional, really tailored to fit what I wanted. Even gift wrapped it for me. Highly recommend this store to anyone wanting A++ service!!
