Manager tries to gaslight and say jewellery is worn and scratched even though an item was not even worn. Only wanted an exchange for sizing but manager kept assuming refund. Peddling a false storyline to feed a narrative which gaslights the customer. BE AWARE
The lovely team at the Henderson store were so helpful today! I had come in as Iβd had an Item put on hold for me and they were so helpful, the lady helping me noticed that the butterfly on the back of the earring was loose so she found a replacement that fit snugly, then she also took the time to clean the other earring that I had purchased at a different branch (single studs) was super impressed with the friendly service I received. Thank you!
I have came to the store to look for a set of jewellery as a gift. The store manager and staffs are very helpful, they gave me options and help me throughout the process. I bought a set of Ruby pendant and earrings as a gift for my friend and she said she loved it!!! Recommend this store if you are looking for jewellery!
I came here looking for a bracelet for my sisters birthday. The manager ji was amazing, she was very helpful and informative, professional. Took great care of me & even used te reo MΔori once she heard me talking. Will be purchasing more jewellery from here soon.
Came in during Motherβs Day, and their sale was top notch. Our sales person was having difficulty understanding what my mum wanted. I asked the sales person questions which she didnβt know instead she kept replying something completely different. However there was this Indian guy with glasses. Oh god, he knows what his customers want. He paid very fine attention to what my mum wanted. My mum &. I were very pleased with his service.
The people working in the store were very accommodating. They help in which ever which way they can to assist the customers in choosing what they were looking for.
