Always helpful staff, and reasonable price, better quality than Bunnings. My first choice, if not available then check Bunnings next door. Last time went for painting tools, found them to be cheaper at Mitre10.
I would like to give a big thank you to Hanos from the plumbing/kitchen department. He was extremely patient, very friendly, and genuinely helpful. His product knowledge was excellent and he took the time to explain everything clearly and make sure we chose the right solution. He went above and beyond to help us, and thanks to him the whole experience was easy and stress-free. Outstanding customer service β people like Hanos make a real difference. Highly recommended!
I had a wonderful experience here today. I was buying a baby gate which didnβt fit inside the trolley, so I had to place it on top of the trolley. One of the workers (Murray) approached us and said he would help bring it to the car because itβs windy outside and I have precious cargo in the trolley (my toddler). Anyway we lost Murray because I had to go get some other items but once we reached the checkout, the checkout lady told me to wait there so she could go find Murray to help me. It was just lovely customer service where you feel like people really care.
Calvin was incredibly helpful today when I picked up my repaired weed trimmer at Mitre 10 Mega Botany. He took the time to explain how to use it properly, and even helped me load all the items I bought into my car. Really appreciate his friendly and professional service!
Terrible experience buying a steam cleaner here. The product was locked on the shelf, and staff showed little interest in helping. At checkout, I finally managed to sign up for membership, but it was made out to be βa long processβ when it was just name, number, and email. When I got home, I discovered the spider tag was still on the box. I called customer service and was told to just cut it β reassured the alarm wouldnβt go off. Of course, the moment I cut it, a loud continuous alarm started. The follow-up advice I got was to βpoke a hole in it with a pin,β which left me feeling like a criminal for an item I had paid for. I then had to take the still-ringing alarm back to the store, embarrassed while people laughed and stared. It wasted my time, fuel, and energy, and even left my cat skittish for hours afterwards. This isnβt just a mistake β it shows poor training and careless customer service. In hindsight, I should have gone to Kmart and bought the cheaper Anko version.
Got a bit confused working out which door to walk in, as exit door is before the entry. Store feels very full and a little cluttered, but has lots of products and plenty of staff to help. Lots of parking with undercover walkway
I came in-store looking for help with options for a kitchen unit in my RV (camper van) Despite my plans to build a unit that would fit my personal needs, I visited your general kitchen/bathroom area to seek advice. The staff member Lana who helped me on Saturday showed excellent customer service. Lana appreciated every aspect of my project and I felt appreciated and understood. Great service, thank you Lana!
Today July 2 John in plumbing was a hero. He fixed a laundry tub washing machine tap that was pretty much dried out, stuffed up by vice grips used to try and get it working and non functioning. He spent 15 minutes getting it apart and working. I paid for some plumbing line which he needed and it works perfectly. Thank you John!
Quite a nice place to grab some home items. I came by to get some of the sticky tapes of insects. The parking lot is one way so entry from one driveway and exit from the other. It is set up in a way to find things fairly easily. There is also a cafe inside.
Had good experiences several times here. Click and Collect, Shop in store as well as helpful assistance from workers. Pretty wide range of items available similar to Bunnings. I do find the store awkward in layout and there should be self service checkouts (i think they had them before i started shopping in store...maybe removed them due to thefts??)
