   Kyla at products service is a gem! We were turned away the day before so we returned the next morning and although Kyla was unsure of the process she managed to help us with everything and we walked out with our items. Happy days, thank you Kyla!

   Didn’t have the greatest experience last night at the check out. Only one team member at checkout standing behind a checkout closed sign telling me to use the self check out instead. I had my three children and a large shopping. When I needed help with the self check out I turned to see the team member had opened her register and was serving customers. We had to wait for her to serve others while 2 other team members stood to the side having a chat. When she finally came over to see what was the problem it seemed like it was such an inconvenience for her. She then told me I should’ve gone to the register. My daughter turned around and told her we did! You told us to come here and use this! I understand these kind of jobs aren’t the greatest but a little bit of kindness goes along way. Perhaps more training is needed or others should be on the registers that don’t mind dealing with customers.

   They always have good sales on and I love seeing their clearance aisle. You can often find good deals if you look around. I bought the Refill Oral B tooth brush, and although the promo ended, they still allowed me to purchase it at sale price which I really appreciated. I have always had a good experience shopping at TW Pukekohe.

   A large Warehouse outlet in the Franklin Z zone. Parking is good. Went there looking for bedding products, and a fold out bed. The staff were helpful in locating product, which was not on the floor. Had to pick the product using a hydraulic lift. Checked out items using the self checkout. A successful shopping trip.

   I honestly don’t know how this store survives. The place is a mess and no one seems to care. I went in recently to price up fishing lines for kids. The fishing rods were all over the place, some were broken and others had their lines tangled in an around all the other rods. Two of the aisles were blocked by pallets of stock, and there is never anyone on the electronic area. Prices are missing and stock is all over the place and mixed up.

   I found it very rude how Saryla (I believe I spelt it right) was just standing there texting away on her personal phone. Another customer with a full trolly asked to be served and she rudely said to just use the self-serve. In my opinion this is not good customer service. Everytime I go in there all the staff seem very unhappy and are not willing to give any good customer service. Warehouse Pukekohe used to be full of friendly staff and now its gone backwards.

   I am absolutely disgusted in the Warehouse Pukekohe and staff member Jan. Yesterday I attempted to purchase 4 tins of dog food with the remainder balance of my green card. Jan was very quick to tell me she would not accept my signature as work and income say we cannot buy dog food with a green card. Jan playing god with peoples lives. Is that in her job description? Then, after not being allowed to purchase the dog food because Jan said so - I leave the warehouse to check MY MSD to find that Jan actually accepted the payment for the dog food from my card and the money has been taken which I have to goods to show for. This is commonly referred to as stealing and this matter has been turned over to the police.

   I was told by Milford warehouse that the Pukekohe branch had 7 kids wetsuits in stock the only warehouse in Auckland that showed stock. I phoned the store twice to make sure they actually had them .....no answer. We decided to risk it as we aimed to get our twin grandchildren wetsuits for their sixth birthday. It took us 50 minutes to drive there arriving at 8.00pm. of course no wetsuits in sight hadn't been for a while apparently. Stock control obviously a little lacking. Having driven another 50 minutes to get home felt compelled to voice my disappointment and frustration at such an incompetent organisation. Regards Terence Greenslade

   Just love the Warehouse. Firstly great parking. Trolleys and baskets available on entry which is awesome. Brought a couple of pairs of Crocs, they were a bargain. Black pair and pink, they are so comfortable. Brought Easter chocolates which I thought were cheap and yummy. Warehouse has everything. Easy place to shop in.
