Sad to see there isn't any toilet facility available, worst at night as the guards put barriers around kmart, you have to go the other side of the mall to get relieved, like seriously, surely kiwiproperty can do better
Why even have a business phone if nobody picks it up when customers call?? I called 3 times in the span of 3 hours and nobody even bothered to pick it up. Looks like some training is needed for your staff!! CUSTOMER SERVICE NOT GOOD ENOUGH!
22/10/24 - 11:40am We politely asked the employee at the self-checkout for help since we were waiting to pay with cash. He flatly said "no," barely looking up from his phone. After we switched to card payment, he promptly helped another customer with cash. It’s frustrating to see such blatant disrespect. If you’re in customer service, you should treat everyone equally.
Went to get some stuff which wasn’t available on there aisle. Have asked the customer service she said they got one piece in store. Asked her already looked in the aisle but couldn’t find it if she can looked in their stock. There were only two customer, was waiting before me, she said she is busy serving these customers , didn’t asked me to come back later(staff member Krishna). Came back after 5 to 10 minute and got served by security guard,she said she can asked staff to look for us as they got one piece in stock. Krishna came back saw us standing there and waiting, I don’t what she said to security guard, then we have been told they haven’t got anything in stock. I don’t even know if you can’t help your customers, why do you even work at customer service site.
Well stock and very clean, this branch’s Easter products has more variety and well priced compared to Kmart. Staff member Deepak was amazing, it is refreshing to see an employee who is passionate about his job, positive, friendly, patient and very helpful.
Although I've always liked shopping at the warehouse, I must confess there is so much scope for improvement. Their store at Sylvia Park is massive and more or less caters to all your needs. However, I have always felt this stores is understaffed. Although most of the staff members are extremely friendly and helpful, there have been times when I've struggled to find anyone handy for help. I also don't see many promotional offers or customer engagement activities coming from this store. The men's clothing section could have more variety. Some of the products look overpriced for the quality in my opinion.
This Warehouse is slightly different from a lot of the other ones that I have been in - namely, that it is spacious and better thought out compared to the others. There is heaps of stuff on offer, though, and the Warehouse has started stocking tech gadgets and electronics - which, personally, are not that great. They tend to be more Chinese variants and even though they are getting better, they still do not exactly evoke a lot of confidence from most customers. Other than that, there's plenty to browse and get stuck into!
