I love the warehouse, there's literally ALWAYS a bargain. I always research products and prices before buying and 99% of the time we end up purchasing from here. I believe everyone assumes Kmart is always cheaper but I promise you, it's not.
Didn't have my glasses on and paid for items that must've been scanned before I used the checkout. I didn't realise until I left the store. When I went back the staff at information and security couldn't have been nicer and understanding. They checked the footage and gave me a refund, so thank you, even though it was technically my stupidity for forgetting my glasses!
No, sorry, they dont deserve 1 star. No customer service. You can walk miles in this shop before sighting a staff member to ask where to find the item you are looking for. Hope you are all young and fit!! Yesterday I came with a long list of purchases, left after walking around and around, not finding staff and only purchased 2 items on the list. Nackered! Dont try ringing to query or complain, no one answers the phone. Customer service doesnt exist. Y
On July 7, 2025, I bought a girl's pajama set and other items, paying cash. The cashier made a mistake and did not include the pajamas on my receipt, instead listing an incorrect item. When I tried to return the pajamas on July 8, 2025, because they were the wrong size, the customer service representative admitted the cashier's error. However, she showed little concern, simply taking the pajamas and offering a dismissive apology. This left me in a situation where I've lost both my money and the product due to their staff's mistake.
At the stationery window suggested that if customer service person there and not available to serve to put a sign out. Stood in queue with several others while this person tinkled away on the computer at an "open" counter oblivious to the crowd gathering in the queue. No seating for disabled like myself. Not first time visiting this town and this store that I experienced similar poor attention to service. Asked for some postage stamp and all the have are books of 50...no use to me or many really given that the use of snail mail is almost extinct. Fair go@!
Impressed with the store and it's staff but totally disappointed with the product i purchased which was a single door cupboard. No where in the advertisement or on the box did it inform you that there is no back wall on this cabinet. I had intention to use it for the kitchen but it's not fit for that purpose.
The photo printing counter is the worst, slowest service possible. Having used a self service kiosk to order photos, and having paid at the kiosk, customers have to then stand in a long line to give the receipt to the person at the counter. There is no fast counter for this, you have to wait while they serve other people with complicated orders. Ended up standing in the queue for 25 minutes without any of the staff making eye contact or seeming to even notice that the queue has gotten long. This happened multiple times. Will rather print photos in town and pay slightly more, but not have to wait in a queue for 20 minutes having already paid!
Found this place very spacious and easy to walk through. Staff on hand no matter which way you looked with welcoming smiling faces and are only to willing to help. Saw a question of how old you have to be to work there. I done some enquiries for you and the age is 16. If you are at school they are Moore than happy to work round your school and study hours. Hope this is of help.
Good Warehouse for all families and businesses. The warehouse has a large range of products and services available from all price ranges. It's therefore a great way to check out what discount prices they offer. If you have spare time left and want to browse for all sorts of products, then this is the best place to start. I really recommend this place to visit and enjoy. The staff members are friendly and helpful to inform you of their products.
