   I put my phone down at the counter when I pay the stuff I bought when I got home I never think check my phone urgently then later on I was about to check my phone and I couldn't find it,to realised I left it in the Warehouse counter,I rushed to the warehouse and asked the check out young asian lady if she see my phone which I think I left in the counter and she said they handed it over to the costumer service,what a relief this young lady staff at the check out counter handed over my phone to the senior staff which she is very lovely lady (I don't know her name but recognise her face saw her everytime I went there ) and she handed it to costumer service for safety incase if someone is looking for it. To all of the Warehouse Silverdale staff you are all amazing,check out counter,custumer service and everyone seems very approachable and friendly. Thank you all so much for your amazing costumer service keeping all costumer that staff can be trusted. I can't thank you enough!

   I have changed over to my prescription meds pickup to Chemist Warehouse Silverdale recently as prices are way better and the stock is 5x larger than regular pharmacies. It is always busy there with plenty of helpful staff often stocking up shelves. Most know where stuff is.

   I had great service from Dawn and Milly – both were friendly and helpful. Milly really went out of her way to assist, even offering without being asked. Unfortunately, my experience with Rory was the opposite. He seemed completely disinterested and unhelpful, which really stood out compared to the excellent service from the others. . He clearly did not want to be there and should offer his job to someone who really wants to work. He's about as useful as a chocolate teapot

   I had a disappointing experience at The Warehouse in Silverdale regarding mismatched pricing. I picked up ice packs clearly marked as 40% off. However, when I scanned them at self-checkout, they rang up at full price. I had to go back to the shelf, take photos of the price label, and show them to the self-service employee. Instead of addressing the issue, the employee gave a series of excuses before eventually directing me to customer service. Unfortunately, customer service was no better. Despite showing them the photos and explaining the situation, they ignored the evidence, gave more excuses, and failed to acknowledge the mistake (at this point, I just wanted them to fix the lableing error). It felt like they either didn’t have the authority to resolve the issue or simply didn’t care. After wasting so much time trying to get someone to admit the labeling error, I gave up and left. Went to the warehouse Albany afterward, and the labeling was amazing in comparison.

   As far as the warehouse goes it’s fine. However considering it’s somewhat a pretty new store it’s lacking a lot (products, layout, staff) compared to the Albany store. I find myself going to Albany over silverdale.

   Good prices, good range, as per any Warehouse store. However incredibly understaffed for both click and collect and cash transactions. That's especially in the morning if you want to pick up a click and collect before going to work, allow plenty of time as their click and collect area won't be open and you'll have to find a staff member in the store (which is difficult at the best of times).

   Good store layout and has everything you need. Very tidy store compare to other sites. Usually have stocks of all items. They have since shared the same shoe floor with the Stationery. Not all staff are friendly hence not getting 5 star reviews.
