   I came into the store and the manager who I later found out name was Ash ignored me when she saw that i was bringing something in for an exchange. I waited and watched as she walked to another person and offered her assistance. I was then tended to by a worker named Idil who then eventually asked someone else to help me while she goes to help someone else who had just walked in. Her name was Josephine (as it says on my receipt) she was patient and had great customer service and did not make me feel bad or pushed aside, because of Josephine’s customer service I ended up buying more items. While paying I heard Ash and Idil asking customers to leave them positive reviews even though their customer service was shit. Thank you Josephine !

   I had such a good experience at Pandora Manukau Today, all thanks to Audrey she was super friendly and patient and just really nice to deal with from the start. I spent $800 on jewellery today and left very satistied with the service even though my card had a problem during checkout which was stressful but she handled it so well. She never rushed me or made things awkward stayed calm and supportive the whole time. What I really appreciated was that she genuinely cared and wasn’t just there to push a sale. Honestly such great customer service definitely recommend Pandora Manukau, All their staff we’re so nice and respectful!

   Today I visited Pandora Manukau and was blown away by the service here. I came in looking for some bracelets and Idil provided the best customer service I have ever had she was very welcoming helpful and accommodating she helped me find 3 new bracelets as well as some charms. Idil was awesome, so friendly, very patient and helpful the whole time providing excellent customer service when trying to find which bracelets I liked the most, to sizes and showing how each bracelet was different. We must of been in there for a hour to find our perfect bracelets and charms and Idil was patient with us the entire time, and didnt rush us. Idil made my trip to pandora the best it could possibly be it was the first time in a while I had actually been able to walk out of a store and feel very happy with where I spent my money, and ill definitely be back to see Idil and buy more things. Her costumer service is amazing, please Idil deserves so so so much recognition for her outstanding customer service.

   I visited the Pandora store in Manukau to add more charms to my bracelet and to buy rings for my anniversary. I’ve spent around $1000 here before and always enjoyed my visits, but this time I felt very disappointed. The staff member who served me showed little interest and made me feel like I was a burden. When I asked for her opinion on how the charms and rings looked, her responses were very dismissive and unhelpful. This made what should have been a special and exciting experience quite uncomfortable. I hope the store improves its customer service, as friendly and attentive service makes a big difference—especially when customers are purchasing meaningful gifts.

   Great service! Was acknowledged by the super busy staff when I walked into the store with a ‘hello’ and smile. I was happy to browse by myself and the staff offered assistance when they were free from the customers before me. Small store, but has everything I was looking for. Would happily come again! Keep up the great mahi :)

   Very bad customer service on the Friday leading up to mother's day. The store was quiet when I walked in but then got packed all of a sudden and there were only 2 staff. Despite me being first, the staff skipped us and went to serve a couple who took over 20mins as they browsed 4 different trays. When I asked the salesperson that Im after a particular item and would like to try it on which was in the same tray, I was rudely told to wait in line. She said she cant leave them and the next lady will serve us. The other salesperson also skipped me and went to someone else. When I asked again 15mins later, she said she's with someone. Almost an hour later, the first salesperson came to me saying was it u or the 3rd person who came first. I explained I was here before everyone else. She snapped at me saying not before the other customers. Again I politely said I was before everyone and was in the corner. She rudely said I didn't ask about others. I showed her what I wanted and sizes I wanted. She gave me the biggest size and rudely said this is the biggest so if it doesn't fit then I don't know just return it. Waited an hour just to get 4 mins of overall time, that too with such a dismissive attitude and condescending tone. I felt like walking out but i finished the purchase which had the wrong size but the salesperson didn't give a chance to speak. I was going to buy an additional ring but her attitude seriously put me off and I am a regular customer that has never been treated this way. I take up minimal time and know exactly what I want plus I even let staff show others while I finalize my purchase. Either put more staff on busy days or hire some with basic etiquette or some patience or non-judgmental at the very least.
