This is to Kai, the guy that helped me a lot today. You were amazing.. I’m so sorry for all the heavy lifting but you always said it’s okay. Thank you for bearing with me and helping me from when I got into the shop until me leaving.. thanks for taking my stuff to the car as well. You never complained and you made sure I got everything I needed… You are so humble as well!!! Even tho I wanted to give you a tip, you just kept on saying thanks. I went to this store to get a blank SIM because I’m with Warehouse Mobile, and my SIM card isn’t working for some reason. but the customer service was terrible. They kept saying I needed a receipt to get a refund, but I told them I wasn’t asking for a refund. I just wanted a blank SIM. But they didn’t listen to me at all. I even asked them to check the website, as it mentioned that getting a blank SIM is free, but they ignored me instead. Their attitude was rude, and they clearly didn’t care. At one point, they said, “SIM cards don’t break themselves,” which I thought was ridiculous. It made me feel like I was the one causing trouble. I ended up complaining to Warehouse Mobile, and they were shocked by how I was treated. They said it was totally unacceptable. Honestly, I can see why this store is closing down soon, their customer service is absolutely terrible.
I had a pretty interesting experience today. Called the store to find out about a product they rent. They took a while to answer the phone. When they did, the lady on the phone could not tell me when it would be next available. I asked if they had some form of booking system, how are they tracking this otherwise. I did not understand the response she had given but from what I gathered, she was transferring me to another part of the store. Now, I waited about 10mins for someone to come to the endless ringing line. No one did. Infact they went as far as to pick up the phone and put it back down to disconnect the caller. I called up a second time and they did the same exact thing within a minute this time. Suprising behaviour from the Warehouse Group employees. I don't think I expected alot, just some information. But that type of behaviour definitely would set people off about them. Surely you guys can do better than that, its not a very high expectation.

Excellent customer service. Great products and wide range of availability in store. Store is not as busy as it used to be as well as having less staff due to the fact it's set to be demolished in the near future to make way for a new town centre similar to botany. The underground carpark is very sketchy. It's rundown, Unmaintained and the low roof in some parts make it very hard to access. Dodgy people hang around in corners and steal shoppers trolleys or items. No security cameras watching or any staff aware of the bad things happening. On a good note, there is night markets down there every Saturday night. Which provide great stalls pop up shops and food carts with delicious meals. However the night markets create lots of rubbish and mess that gets left behind and never cleaned up. And the nigjt markets will soon have to relocate when the building is demolished.
I'd like to acknowledge the wonderful service I received from Jordan this afternoon 2 Nov 22 about 5:40pm. He was so pleasant,friendly and really helpful. I hope he gets acknowledged for the great customer service he is providing. He even helped me sign up to the App to save money on my purchase
Great value for money when needing to buy everything to start off the journey to owning a puppy. Couldn’t believe it all came to just over $100! The store is always nice and tidy and well maintained and staff are pretty friendly and approachable

Love that it's in walking distance. Really like that it's open every day til late. It's clean which is good. Not many staff around... So you need to look yourself for products that are obviously right in front of you. Like stores that are open everyday til late. Helps people who work late.
