   Yesterday I went into this store and when I had already filled a trolley & needed another security offered to take care of my filled trolley & when I was ready to checkout they said they would bring my filled trolley to me. For this reason I gave this review 1 star. So when I finished what I was doing & went to checkout, security was busy so I asked the customer behind me if they could hold my place in line while I went & got my trolley by security. When I got back to the line the very rude checkout operator yelled at me & told me to get in the back of the line when I tried to explain she rudely kept interrupting me. It was only when the kind gentlemen who held my place in line for me, stuck up for me & explained the situation did she stop omg! So to teach her a lesson in i proceeded to put all the goods from 2 filled trolleys on the counter & when she said that will be $549, I looked at her & said next time dont jump to conclusions & treat customers so badly I dont want the goods anymore I'm going to another Warehouse & I walked out

   I was shopping here last week and I was loading my items into my boot while holding my baby. A young man dressed all in black (worker there maybe on work experience or back of house) came over to my car and offered to take my trolley back for me. Thank you this was very helpful and made my day. I will be back to shop here for sure.

   I came in looking for a product. Unfortunately it wasn’t in stock however Kara was incredibly helpful and looked high and low for the product. She even checked in the stockroom to locate the item. Exceptional service.

   The staff here are great and have always been the past few years ive been shopping here. They have helped me previously and when I take my son in (who's difficult to shop with) they are really patient/kind and assist with bringing trolleys back from the car in an attempt to help make it a bit easier for me (shout out to Christopher) really great team

   Frustrating and disappointing experience at Warehouse New Lynn. Twice I visited to buy a product that the Warehouse app showed as in stock. After searching and finding nothing, I asked a staff member who vaguely told me to check near the checkouts – still nothing. I then waited 10 minutes at the customer help desk, only to be told again that the system showed in stock, but no one could actually find them. Another staff member walked around briefly, then said it was her home time and left – finally telling me they didn’t have any after all. Extremely poor service and a waste of time.

   Looked for product online and said it was in stock but wasn't when I got there. Then had a very neurotic old greasy man serve taking way too long to serve the customer before me accusing them of stealing and taking them back through the store to find the thing, which is what security shld do, not make everyone wait while he solved his mystery, he then went on to question me whether I thought I cld see his side and I ignored him, already passed off for having to wait so long let alone appease his insecurities, very unprofessional person and not an asset to your store.

   Big day out at the red house looking for a vacuum cleaner and scored this deal on the mako commercial number. Got a few boogie boards to surf out the last of summer. Was so impressed with the range and price that I couldn’t pass on the 24 pack of Pepsi max sugar free.
