   Very poor experience at Spotlight Manukau. I was repeatedly told bean bag refill stock was in dispatch/storage and asked to return multiple times. I placed and paid for a click & collect order, which was not prepared and then cancelled without explanation (refund issued). Staff gave conflicting information—first saying the item was in stock, then later saying it was out of stock. Complete lack of communication and a waste of time.

   Floor Staffs are healpful helpful and also the staffs in fabric department are great. The one indian lady at the counter has no smile at all. Looking at her grumpy face is not what customers want.

   I was really disappointed by the way one of the staff members treated us today. While we were shopping, another staff member was assisted us for a sewing machine and other items. We had nothing in our hand as we were freshly shopping. We picked up an item that had a sticker on it, which made it seem like it might have been a return, so we decided to swap it for one that appeared to be unopened and in better condition. However, another staff member approached us and immediately assumed we were either trying to steal the item or had swapped it dishonestly. Her exact works "you better pay for it". She followed my husband around the store and accused us of being rude, even though she was the one who initially spoke to us in an inappropriate and accusatory manner. Naturally, I reported the incident to another staff member, as her behavior was completely uncalled for. If she had any doubts about our actions, she could have simply reviewed the store’s security footage instead of jumping to conclusions and treating us unfairly. Her attitude was not just unprofessional — it felt outright racist and completely uncalled for. We’ve shopped at your store many times before and have never encountered this kind of treatment. It was an upsetting experience that left us feeling judged, embarrassed, and unwelcome.

   This is my go to place for curtains, blinds or any other household item. There is good variety of items. The staff are nice, helpful and very knowledgeable. The VIP club discounts are very useful. There is ample parking space. The layout is self explanatory. Easy to find what you are looking for. Highly recommended.

   Store is coll, helpful staff and they always have what I'm looking for. The parking is an absolute scam though. Be advised that there's a fee to pay if you park for an extended period.

   Most of the staff are eager to help. That's good to be pointed in the right direction faster. Not a fan of the curtain hardware range being weaker than i thought, but the curtains themselves are fair quality.

   Terrible customer service in fabric section. Not helpful at all. Just basic manners would be good. Seriously why be in retail if you struggle with this?? It was disappointing because I have been to some other great spotlight stores with excellent staff.

   Lots of stuff for home decorating, parties and fashion etc, something you might have never thought you would some day be able to see the materials and make it yourself. Just a bit too goods on display and not much room left for people to move around
