   I have been to this store a few times after checking if the product is available online. Almost all the times the staff have been very unhelpful and have not found it for me. This happened even now. The shop was not busy at all and there were 5 staff wandering around. The product I needed was not on the shelves and I was told there was no one to get it from where it was stored. Very disappointed with the service.

   I just want to acknowledge the excellent customer service received from Ford recently. Very supportive, helpful, friendly, kind & professional. I had a real dilemma & he went out of his way to help me to solve a problem i had. His customer service was exceptional. Definitely qualities of a future manager! Thank you Ford.

   I bought two tvs that went faulty within their warranty date. Tried to ring for very long multiple times. But got no answer. So I went in the next day to customer service. She realized the phone was on silent. She then turned it up. We rung back to find no one answering the phone again. So I decided to call head office. They tried and couldn't get through. No starf member took the liberty to help. I now have to bring my tv s in at a cost me. That warehouse compares badly to the others.

   Not necessarily this specific Warehouse's fault but the company in general. I ordered a chair that came without the necessary pieces for assembly. After contacting support they told me to go to my local Warehouse which was in New Market. I then lugged this massive box on a bus to Newmarket where I was told they had no stock. No problem, they gave me a credit to take to the Royal Oak store where they apparently had it in stock. After arriving and waiting 5 minutes for someone to appear at the customer service desk I was told someone would go find it and I could wait at the entrance. I waited for about half an hour before being told they couldn't find it. Apparently the Sylvia Park store would have it but I wanted them to call and place it on hold for me so I didn't get a repeat incident. After waiting for like 10 minutes for them to get ahold of someone I was told no one was picking up and then was given a refund. I now need to take 2 busses and another half an hour out of my day to get back home with no chair. Plus I lost whatever it cost to get it shipped in the first place because that can't be refunded. I'm not one to easily get frustrated but this was a lot. The staff were at least all very nice. Alas it may be a while before I turn to the warehouse for anything again.

   We've all experienced dire customer service somewhere along the way, but here, they make sure you know just how much they despise customers. I needed help finding something, so approached a staff member. Started with .. hi, excuse me .. to grab her attention, She looked at me like I was pond scum, turned away and continued folding things. I tried again, this time with a .. hi, how are you .. to grab attention. Again, a death stare, then ignored. Tried again, each time with a smile. The last try I got a "what do you want" - so rude! I left, bought everything we needed at Mitre10. Never going back there again! And accused my best friend of stealing.

   I waited at the tech department for 20 minutes, needing something in the locked cabinets, and didn’t get any help. Their staff are also extremely unhelpful and rude. If you hate your job, quit and find another one. It’s not our fault you hate your job so don’t take it out on us.

   Excellent place to shop your day today household stuff at good price. They have all the products with variety of range in quality and price. The staff is very helpful and kind. Plenty of place for car parks. Open 7 days a week. The entertainment section is good and now they have Warehouse SIM which uses 2 degree network and gives plans much cheaper plans.
