I I purchased an engagement ring from your establishment less than eight months ago. The ring's claws have become damaged, and a stone lost. unbeknown to me. This damage did not result from impact or striking the ring; I only wear it for outings. I went into your store for help . Your staff were unprofessional and rude and indicated that the item would be sent for evaluation. The evaluation came back .and one member of your staff refused to do anything. I got a very rude assistant just saying they couldn't repair it ,as to damaged and was likely my fault and I could come and pick the ring up . I expressed my significant dissatisfaction and demanded a resolution. Given the product's short lifespan of only eight months, the substandard quality is unacceptable.or for this to happen In response, she stated that the manager is unavailable due to illness, and that we would need to contact the manager and subsequently return your call. I have yet to receive a response, and the matter remains unresolved. This is unacceptable for a purportedly high-end company. I will pursue this matter until a satisfactory resolution is achieved. I will not be making any future jewelry purchases from this establishment. Having spoken to the manager today, whom was polite and understanding. They have agreed to replace the ring under its warranty. However this does not excuse the way I was treated by one particular member of staff, no empathy, no care and no customer service awareness. She should not be working in a front facing customer service role.
Very disappointed with the customer service offered by MH at their Westgate store. FYI, we spent around $10k of rings (different MH store) and wanted to get them checked for warranty purposes. Long story short, the staff dont want to know you if you arent buying something. Don't shop here if you are looking for long term customer service. Very disappointed and I will not be shopping at MH again, ever!
