   I have experienced some challenges with the customer service at this particular warehouse. I continue to shop here due to its convenient location. My five-star rating is specifically for my Boxing Day shopping experience. I sought assistance from three different individuals, all of whom were unable to help me. This five-star rating is dedicated to 'Ben,' who graciously took the time to retrieve items from boxes as they were not yet on the shelves, and to the young lady at customer service, who typically works at the self-checkout. Both individuals provided exceptional assistance.

   Ripping people off. I bought bras and underwear for my daughter as a gift. I bought wrong sizing, something I realised when she looked at them. Never worn, only touched to look at size labels, then put back in bag. Still had tags in and so obviously brand new. This store refused a refund. Totally get it they were worn or tags off. But they flat out refused, even though they accepted what I had said that they were never worn. That's disgusting. Don't rip people off when someone has simply purchased the wrong size and never worn something.

   Terrible customer service from the westgate store. I searched the store all over looking for an item and couldn't find it, so asked customer service if it was in stock and where to find it. She didn't get me assistance, just told me to look again in the same area and printed me a barcode for the item which was completely useless. I still couldn't find it on a second or third look and there were no staff around to help. I walked out and made the purchase from super cheap auto instead.

   Westgate the warehouse is the Misleading Warrhouse ever seen in New Zealand. Just done some shopping with my family over $100 at Westgate and had this first bad Customer service experience from The warehouse. Bout 2 kids wares as photo attached and was displayed $10. When scan came as $15. Josh a team member went and checked confirmed it's not $10 as it is not a Sandle. I was not happy went with Josh and went to show him where I got this and the whole bay full of Kids foot wear (clearly seen in photos) What Josh said it's not a Jandle it's a Sandle. My question to Josh can you show me any sandle in the bay where they put the Price tables up. He has no answer. Jandle or sandle we buy what they display. Josh was not a very polite person as when I walked with him he was saying you just waste my time. . I am a Customer with Warehouse group for over 13 years and been in Retail industry for whole my career this is the rude and very poor customer service I have ever seen in New Zealand. I just bought other stuff and came out with my first ever bad customer experience from the warehouse. Attention warehouse group*** If you or your customer service team member think you are right in this situation please do not hesitate to contact me**** I can still proof you have misleaded customers by displaying this price labels in this specific bay***** Mistakes can happen but overriding $5 for Customer satisfaction is not a very big deal as the ware house group is a big organization. Thanks

   So, out of the 12 warehouses I have shopped at, this has the least selection...only 1 type of bathrobe, a very few selections for fluffy pajamas, and bugger all help.... this warehouse needs a shakedown It's 2024 snd things changed, they now sell dead plants too

   I was so disappointed with the customer service in the Warehouse Westgate. I will never buy any electronic products in the Warehouse. They just sell the bad quality of the product like TV JVC58 inch (I have been bought for 2 years) and don’t have any support provided to the customer after the product or service has already purchased. The worst experience I got in NZ.

   Customer service was super unhelpful- I asked if they had an item in store that was showing up on their website and they said they would check and call me back. Time went by and heard nothing, so I tried calling back a couple times and they had forgot to call me back (which would have been fair enough if they were busy) and they said they checked and the item wasn’t there, so I said polite goodbyes and thank you. I came into store the next day and there the exact item was, right there, and would’ve been the first thing they saw. Very certain they didn’t even bother to look and just said they did.

   Good revamp store. Handy location, close to Motorway off ramp and ample parking. Friendly staff and most of the time have stuff in stock. Check out my photos. Recommending a visit. They now start selling branched sportsware such as Under Armour, Puma, Champions.. Adding competitions to other outlet stores in the Westgate Shopping Centre. Just one thing to note... This is the Warehouse, so would be unrealistic to expect same level of services and staff expertise comparing to Farmers/Smith Caugheys. :). Yvonne, Jess etc all gave really good customer service at the customer services desk. Much appreciated

   The expected retail therapy is easily achieved with a broad range of goods with varying prices but you'll find most of what you may need here. Ample parking. Gets busy and tills/ paypoints are not well staffed so queues often result. Come here for barely good service.
