“Lovely staff who always greet you with a smile! Was able to grab a lot of wool for a cheap price and the needles only cost me $1. Really like going here as prices are decent for an op shop and you know you're money is going to something that truly will make an impact. Prices are fair at this store and aren't inflated. Items in store rotate quickly so when you see something you like grab it quickly because chances are, it won't be there the next time you go in.”

The experience was very fine as nothing much to do and it was all done.they have the good selection of jewelary. “I first went to family jewels about a year and a half ago and since then have recieved so much love and kindness from the TJF whānau. The owner Kirst is the most down to earth, kind hearted, warrior women that I have ever been blessed to meet. She treats her customers and staff with the upmost whakaute. She makes stunning healing balms, lotions, tinctures, oils ect. Her candles burn for so long! Everything she makes is divine and has the best ingredients. Her staff are funny, and always full of helpful information. Hayden goes above and beyond to help you pick out exactly what you need and takes time to get to know his customers (and packages everything so nicely!) . Kirsts husband Ryan makes the most beautiful jewelery for the store and is so knowledgeable. TJF has a family atmosphere, if you want to support a local small business this is the one to choose!”

“I just wanted to say how great the team at Belle Bird has been! I recently purchased a Lolly's Laundry Dress online not realising they had altered the original dress length. I have so many of the Nee Dress's and was so excited to discover they had my size in stock, that I immediately added it to my cart without even reading the write up explaining the altered length.. so when receiving it I was so disappointed to see how much shorter it is, especially when you're 5'10. However the girls have been absolutely fabulous, I emailed them explaining how I felt and they were beyond understanding, allowing me to return the dress for a refund. “Shout out to Mister Minit Dunedin! I stupidly lost my one and only car key and the team at Mister Minit were so helpful! I was lucky enough to have the Regional Manager be in town the day I called for help. They were professional, kind and very understanding of my situation and need for my car with having three children and a husband who is currently working away. They were at my house with a smile the same day I called helping me sort a new key. I also work in the same Mall and the Dunedin team are always so friendly even if you are just walking past. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐”
