   Very unprofessional and rude staff! Was at the counter and got served by a cashier named JEETHU. No smile on her face or even a hi, which i didn't really bother but what I was unhappy about is the way she was chucking the stuffs ( clothes, canned cat food)which i was buying on the other side of the counter after scanning the price tags. If you are unhappy with your job,dont take it out on the customers or the things we buying. Have always been a regular customer in store and online but the experience i had yesterday, won't be doing any shopping in Warehouse Manukau

   The Warehouse Manukau is definitely our go-to store and such a convenient local spot for us. The store is always well maintained, clean, and easy to navigate, which makes shopping there stress-free every time. Shelves are generally well stocked and everything is clearly laid out, so it’s easy to find what you need without wandering around. The staff are friendly and helpful whenever we need assistance, and the overall atmosphere of the store is welcoming. Being so local, it’s the first place we think of for everyday essentials and quick last-minute items. It’s great having a reliable Warehouse close by that consistently delivers a good shopping experience. Always happy shopping here and will continue coming back.

   I approached a staff member and asked them to show me where the swim bags were but she claimed they didn't have any and continued talking on her AirPods. When I showed them the website with the swim bags only then she stopped to check their scanner. Unfortunately this isn't my first experience with unhelpful staff here.

   ATD: Some of the things that really need to be brought to your attention are that this product is an edible product and proper food. I was amazed and lucky when I looked at the expiration dates on the packaging (it had already expired pretty much 4 months ago), and I don't know how it can be on manager clearance" even. This is a serious matter, and It can even literally make someone really sick. I don't know how your management is managing this "Manukau Warehouse Store."

   Pretty poor communication and service. Went in at 3:30 wanting to purchase a Exercycle. Nothing on the shelf so was told to go to customer service to get assistance. Spoke with service desk and waited 20 mins for another individual (who was very helpful) to come and assist me with locating the Exercycle. Waited another 5 mins and was told they were on high rise. That’s fine I told the team I’d come back the next day and would be notified when I could collect.

   normally the warehouse is great and sometimes customer service is SOMETIMES good. but this checkout lady was SO rude i just asked her a question about the price and she went off and me so Maria is helpful yes i admit but her attitude when i questioned about a price was really rude and unprofessional!
