Brought a watch in May which recently kept stopping. Took it back today (with receipt) only to be informed they could not accept until Wednesday. Very poor customer service which I would not have expected from a company with Pascoes reputation.

Went in to get 2 watch batteries and one replaced on another watch Would not pop the back of the watch to replace despite me accepting any risk Would not provide a tool for me to do same so I could at least identify and buy correct battery from them Then tried to charge me $20 each for the batteries I did need. One girl was helpful but the management was incredibly negative and repellant. Picked up a multipack of batteries at the variety store next door for $3 and they work just fine. Thankfully I don’t buy jewellery so won’t have to use this place again.
