Had some really great help from a guy named gregory! he really help me and mum out with our purchase of vinyl sheet and gave us really great insight in the different ones and even different ways to apply it to our store floor. Super friendly, very helpful, hardworking and went above and beyond to help us get the right thing!
Good pet isle, good selection of treats, toys, beds etc and the only bunnings pet isle that doesn't smell like dog Pee. I purchased a puppy training thing that I been wanting to buy for a long while. Im very happy with my $23 purchase. Its exactly what I wanted, its robust, easy to clean and only $23! I wld recommend this for puppies extra small - small because its not that big. I brought the large and its the size of a front door mat.
Big, well-stocked store with heaps of DIY gear, tools, and garden stuff. Staff are helpful, and parking is easy. Great for home projects or quick pick-ups.
Very good place except 2 points: 1. The traffic light, if you coming from west side you have to wait 5 minutes to enter here. You better make U turn somewhere else at east side then come back here to avoid waiting at traffic light. 2. Staffs are very friendly and nice, except the one who standing at entrance. She seems quite tired and emitting an aura of repulsion making me almost afraid to seek help from her. I believe manager should take some more care about staffs. Making someone who is exhausted standing in front of door is never a good idea to improve impression of business.
First time I had visited the Mt wellington store. Nice and we'll organised, I asked one if the staff where the electrical section was and he asked what I was actually after and told me exactly which isles they were in. Mt Wellington will be my new local Bunnings store.
Product exchange policy is good and convenient but staff friendliness and experience needs be far better. No smiles nor response to any comment. Can't get any advice as there seems to be lack of experience and knowledge. Very few times I have had friendly and pleasant staff.
Great team with many years experience. Older store but has the range and are happy to order if needed. Lots of parking space and they have a nice clean cafe area. Big playground for the kids.
