“I purchased a necklace from a boutique that stocks Karen walker jewellery. The necklace which l received seems to be faulty so I called to double check with a Karen Walker staff. Ora was so helpful, and was kind enough to provide me with photos of what the necklace should be like so I could show it to the boutique where I got it from. Great customer service. Will be sure to visit the store when I’m around New Market next time.”

“The store is located within Westfields Westcity near the West ground entrance (under the Number One Shoe shop). There is plenty of parking in the nearby complex undercover-parking precincts. Very well lit. Good sized aisles and well spaced shelving. Supersave ($uper $ave) has a great variety of nic knacks as well as better quality stuff for the workshop and for the home. Party trinkets, electronic equipment accessories, kitchenware, handyperson/DIY handtools and bits like hangers and nails are available. Impressive first aid and bandages section quite well stocked most of the time. Pleasant, cordial, knowledgeable and helpful team members.”

“I must command the excellent service I got today at the Warehouse Albany. A product I needed was not on shelf. The customer support went out of her way to find one in the shop but none was available. So she phoned another shop (Glenfield) and had one reserved for me to pick up on the same day. My five-star rating is specifically for my Boxing Day shopping experience. I sought assistance from three different individuals, all of whom were unable to help me. This five-star rating is dedicated to 'Ben,' who graciously took the time to retrieve items from boxes as they were not yet on the shelves, and to the young lady at customer service, who typically works at the self-checkout. Both individuals provided exceptional assistance.”

“Superb service from Sharon and the team at Prada Auckland. I've been struggling with trying to fix or replace a worn Prada bag strap, but the team managed to find me a replacement Prada strap of exactly the same colour and even had extra holes put in. Frankly, I'm in disbelief at how smooth and communicative the team was. This is service the way all luxury brands should do it. Well done, and thanks again.”

When I went back the staff at information and security couldn't have been nicer and understanding. “Josh just saved my Christmas. I was after a Disney plushie for my gf’s mother, that had an annoying sku which multiple plushies were linekd to. I’ve been to two other Warehouse locations and had been met with lackluster customer service; pointing me towards the direction and/or not bothering to investigate stock amounts. And then I met Josh. This man looked up the sku, grabbed a ladder, and went hunting. The situation was getting dire as each box he went skimmed through failed to match what we were after. The last box looked grim, but as he turned it around, low and behold was the fateful sku I’ve been feining to find. The toy was raised out of the box like a new born child and passed to me. In that heart racing moment I promised to Josh that I’d write him a Google review. Please give him a raise.”

“I've seen some bad reviews recently so thought I'd add a positive one based on my experience yesterday. I am postpartum so struggling to find clothes I fit that are affordable. Finally after looking for what I wanted at other shops where the clothes didn't fit me AND were very expensive, I went to the warehouse and found what I was looking for, and they were cheap too. I asked a long haired blondish woman who was absolutely lovely, about sizing, because I was carrying my baby it was hard to try things on. She was very accurate and my clothes fit perfectly. The quality is not too bad, though prices are now getting much expensive that a few years ago. Some items are priced competitively while for some other items, the price is still too high for its quality. Have plenty of parking spaces at the front, and at the side of the shop.”
