Not only that, she gave me 10% off and took the time to show me some earing backings that were more secure than the ones I had previously. Amazing service and lovely staff, thanks again :)

   Worse customer service I’ve experienced ever. The lady with the bob haircut was trying to serve but was extremely rude and disrespectful. She was extremely snarky and gave necessary attitude. She also tried to deny me from attempting to get a refund and was extremely judgmental. Luckily other sales associate ( who was better ) took over but overall I am extremely disappointed. I think the management need to review her employee contract at this point.

   Not happy... Went in and asked about a watch , lady decided to point me a brand i wasn't interested in . left the watch with her to focus on a gift for my friend as a xmas gift she showed chain and he was happy with it but she listed it as og price not what was offered in pamphlet . forgot to take the price tag off . no clear customer service was all over the place and didn't try and relax the customer . while this was going on another customer came in asking for a item and then asked to pay with true rewards..... not accepted but still was trying to get the customer to pay . went to Stewart Dawson Botany and the young man and lady were very understanding and apologetic . I get its the busy season but dont push it with customers ive had great experience's with SD Manx and SD Sylvia park And Pascoes Manx and Pascoes Sylvia park Regards Tim

   My partner bought me and engagement ring for here but it was too big. When he bought it the lady said that if it’s too big for me when he proposes that he can bring it back and it’ll only be $20 to resize it if it’s within 2 months. We brought it back and the same lady charged $75. When I received the ring from resizing it it was STILL too big. I asked another pascoes and they said that since the ring has a thinner band than the ring sizer they have in the store that the lady at the botany mall should have recommended a size smaller than how the ring sizer felt for my ring. So disappointed that I have to wait all over again and I’m definitely going somewhere that ISNT the botany pascoes as I’m sure they’ll just recharge me again for their mistakes. So disappointed .

   A great watch sale - buying a birthday gift for my 88 year old mother. The watch is great. The service was shocking. At first, 3 assistants standing doing nothing no eye contact no service. Finally got 1 assistant to open cases to try watches her lack of entusiasm, manners and service was the worst we have experienced anywhere in the world. Service there was none only bought the watch because my mother liked it, she nearly walked out but persevered as the price was right. Certainly the assistants were put out at having to actually take money from a willing buyer.
