   No point having phone if they dont want to pick up. Useless, keep calling them so I can find out stock for something before I head over there and someone is picking up the phone, only to hand up and not say hello. 5 times calling same thing

   I visited clendon warehouse tonight to grab a few things. It was so untidy, unorganised and just messy everywhere. The staff that were working on the floor I found them two talking about where they were going to have dinner. One other staff was just walking through the clothing isles and ignoring all the clothes that had fallen on the ground. I have never been or seen such an untidy warehouse in my life. It’s disgusting and it made me not want to shop there. The lady serving us had no customer service skills. No greeting just ‘Is this it’. Who is the manager? Who is the team leader? Poorly managed and filthy. Everything is everywhere. I even took photos of the isles which I will post on socials! If there was an option for no stars I would have chosen that!

   Had a great experience until i got home and realised the Purina pouches were not 5 for $7 since there was a ticket still on the shelf (wanted to take a photo as proof but was in a hurry). Will definitely go back but should make sure all expired tickets are taken down so it won’t mislead customers

   Went there today about 1pm to pick up my click & collect. I was waiting in the line at the customer service desk to be served. When I reach to the counter I got rejected by the staff Damani who was mumbling which I didn’t hear quite clearly because she didn’t say much but by her hand gesture to me means there was no staff to help me regarding the pickups cause there’s no one behind the counter. She didn’t say wait a moment … just skipped me served someone behind me. I was very upset and confronted with her that I was here first, she was just ignoring me… and talk to the customer who she’s serving about me and the incident just happened when I’m still standing there which was extremely rude & unprofessional. I had to talk to the lady behind her to help me find someone else to get my items. I also mentioned I want to speak to the manager, about 5mins later there was a lady came and asked me what happened. When I was telling her what’s going on, during that time Damani was shouting back say the lady was already had items on the counter before just went to grab something else. Keep denying she didn’t do anything wrong. I mean if she told at the beginning I would be totally fine with at, but she didn’t say anything. The manager didn’t make her apology or anything, when I ask her for Damani’s name and also if she could write it down because I want to make a formal complain it to the head office. She replied me with, she can’t write down the name for me because this against company’s policy & privacy but I can write it down myself. What… Why… what’s the difference which seems odd to me, sounds like she’s not interested in & willing to help at all. Not a nice experience. Needless say, there were another two ladies one I believe is Asian anthers was a white lady who were very friendly & helpful! Two ⭐️s for them!

   Great store and service love their music also however so slack with answering the phones as I have been in store and heard the phone ringing with staff just hanging around talking, customer service does not start and end in store but also begins with answering the store phones hence why there is a phone number for Clendon Warehouse but other than that truly a lovely store to visit!

   Hi All Yesterday afternoon we made several purchases at Clendon Warehouse. Two young male employees persisted in helping us search for a large item that we needed. In addition to this we were helped to load this item into our vehicle. We wish to acknowledge the cheerful and helpful attitude of these two young male employees. This Warehouse certainly knows how to select its outstanding customer-service-focussed employees.

   Excellent customer service and great people. We went there in a rainy day. My 8 month girl had a natural call. The shop manager lent their staff room for us to do a nappy change! Amazing people!
