Ordered product , paid online,they canceled on Xmas Eve and had to wait for a refund,they tried to get me to pay again for a replacement product ,basically wrecked Christmas for us ,spoke to bank funds wont clear until Dec 30th at the earliest , would never shop there again, there should be a zero star option

We went to buy gold sleepers. Range was very limited, and the salesperson was much help to be honest. What we bought ended up not much use for our intended purpose. Prices fairly steep.
Store repaired a bracelet I originally brought from Michael Hill. It was a diamond bracelet and very valuable to me. With in 2 weeks of repairing it fell off while I was on a walk... I was told this is the 4th time someone's jewelry had broken after repair but as I couldn't find the bracelet (I didn't notice it had fallen off at the time) there was nothing they could do but would pass my feedback on...

I am so upset with my service I have received at the silverdale branch yesterday. My necklace broke on the 31st of July and I contacted Michael Hill online and they said please bring in the necklace and we will replace it. Then shortly after lockdown hit and I wasn’t able to come in store. Finally lockdown ended this month so I chatted a few days ago to someone online on the Michael Hill website and they said yes that’s fine please bring the necklace in to your closest branch. I ordered this necklace online because I don’t live close to a Michael Hill but I drove 50kms to Silverdale today to have my necklace replaced. I showed my receipt and was given a new necklace, it was on the counter and then just before I could leave I was told they actually can’t replace it as it is a month out of warranty I explained that it broke over lockdown and lockdown only lifted this month so I’m now coming in as I was told to do online. She says sorry there’s actually nothing we can do. My engagement ring is from Michael Hill I’ve been a loyal customer and to be turned away like that after being told multiple times to go in store is beyond frustrating.
Tamara helped me with my on line purchase as the code won’t work. She was attentive to my needs, expressed understanding. Her customer service rocks! Shop at Michael Hill - be satisfied & happy!
