I had an exceptional experience at Prada this afternoon! Not only did they have the bag I was after, but the customer team were super friendly and kept me well plied with champagne. It’s probably the best Prada experience I’ve had across Singapore, Malaysia and Australia. Thank you!
Me & my friend went to Prada to have a look at the shoes that I’ve seen online. We were served by one of staff, a Filipino gentleman (I did not ask for his name, sorry!) what a pleasure to be serviced by him! We had a very very good experience as he was professional, welcoming & friendly. When you come to this store, I hope this gentleman serves you! ✨
Superb service from Sharon and the team at Prada Auckland. I've been struggling with trying to fix or replace a worn Prada bag strap, but the team managed to find me a replacement Prada strap of exactly the same colour and even had extra holes put in. Frankly, I'm in disbelief at how smooth and communicative the team was. This is service the way all luxury brands should do it. Well done, and thanks again.
The amount of respect I was given in this store made me feel so welcomed. I walked in and said I was just looking to get my research done , because I was trying to get a gift for my mum. Even though I didn't buy anything they still treated me like I was. So happy with their customer service and will be coming back. :)
Wanted to try on some shoes however due to the lack of stock, they need to transfer stock from Australia. They asked me for a 50% deposit before I even try the shoes on. Thanks but no thanks.
I can see why this place gets 1 star reviews, customer service isn’t there at all, buy a pair of shades for $500, need a spare case? Yeah mate we can sell you one for $800… I’d be better off to just buy another pair of shades all together at this stage. Terrible.
It was an unforgettable experience to shopping at Prada AKL. The brand ambassador Mandy, she is so friendly and also with great brand knowledge. I tried the loafers several weeks before unfortunately there was no my size in stock. Mandy she still keep in touch with me and help me order a right size. The whole shopping process is very easy and satisfaction. If I have another items interested in I definitely will contact with Mandy.
Amazing one on one experience, treated like an actual person compared to many other designer shops. Gilda has been wonderful, grateful for her help and kindness, especially when pre-ordering. Definitely chat to her and tell her what your after. Super happy with my two new bags I've purchased this year!
