   It was initially fine as I entered the store and the workers were helpful but as I was buying the item, the cashier was extremely rude. She repeated words as though I was illiterate and couldn’t understand what she was saying. Very disappointing! Have never been treated so openly impolite.

   Come on guys, Sunday afternoon staff couldn’t be more uninterested in their customers if they tried. Fab store, great products - customer service definitely needs to be improved .

   I will never get back in that store again. Store manager Hanna was so unpleasant and definitely not attitude that suits sales people specifically not managers of the same . She was the most unfriendly and unpleasant person I meet in a long time . It is a shame that KW upper management let people like this be part of a such a reputable name in this industry. In a same time all compliments to young blond stuff member who did try her best to help situation, i don’t know her name, however it is sad that her such a beautiful attitude and pleasant personality have to be under management of Hannah who has none of that.    I purchased a necklace from a boutique that stocks Karen walker jewellery. The necklace which l received seems to be faulty so I called to double check with a Karen Walker staff. Ora was so helpful, and was kind enough to provide me with photos of what the necklace should be like so I could show it to the boutique where I got it from. Great customer service. Will be sure to visit the store when I’m around New Market next time.

   Today I popped into the Newmarket store and was served by a lovely Asian lady as I was figuring out sizes in the rain jacket, she was patience as I had my little girls with me and I was checking on them while they were waiting for me. When I finished she gave my girls Minnie and Mickey stickers too! They were wrapped! hard to get good service these days and this service made it so easy! I’ll definitely be back! Thank you!

   From the moment I walked into this store I received friendly and very good service. I’d like to especially thank Arrington as my sales assistant from who I received lovely attentive, professional, very helpful but also gentle service which I appreciated. She also followed up two days later enquiring if I still required the jeans I had tried on in store which I had since purchased from your Ponsonby store which she had also organised. Overall a lovely personalised shopping experience with quality items of clothing and shoes. I’m very satisfied with my purchases which I will wear and wear. Top marks Karen Walker

   A very disappointing experience. My husband purchased a gold ring for me for our wedding anniversary. Since they didn't have my size, it was ordered especially for me. We were made to pay a full amount upfront and given 4-6 weeks waiting period. This, in turn, changed to 8 weeks, but even then the ring wasn't ready and no proactive communication on shop's behalf. When I reached out, they promised to deliver in another week. It didn't happen. I requested a refund, as I lost interest. It took another two days to refund, as they didn't have a system of refunding such large amount of money. They did have a system, however, to promptly charge it, in the beginning. Didn't expect such impotent service from such high end reputable brand. One exception: staff in the shop itself were very kind and service oriented, but their competencies were limited.

   I recently had a really great experience shopping in the Karen Walker Newmarket store. The staff member who helped me was really friendly, engaged and didn't put any pressure on for me to purchase anything (though I did walk out with a pretty gorgeous coat!). It's been a while since I shopped here, so it was really lovely to have such a good experience - I will definitely be back!
