   Its Christ mass time where is the Christ mass spirit there is NO music in the store no staff smiling or happy or helpful. Surely you can do better that this where is your effort!!! If you go out to South Auckland you WILL find family culture and Christ mass spirit . However here in this warehouse and even the mall there is A LOT to be desired for. I AM Not Impressed

   Absolutely disgusted with the service I just received at self check out. Spent over $300 and felt the Indian man with the red dot on his forehead right behind me the entire time although there were heaps of customers. Maybe it's because I'm a Maori female, maybe it was for other reasons. He then proceeded to ask me questions about the items I scanned, I told him to double check on the screen. He refused and took a pair of track pants that I got with a jumper, put his hand up in our faces (my children/teens were with me) as if dismissing anything further I had to say. I followed him and said what is your problem? Just communicate with me and check the screen. He ignored me again and then went to security. I went back by my items while he sent security over. By this time everyone in the store was watching us while resulted in myself getting more agitated and my family getting embarrassed. Security were amazing!! Came over, seen that the item was scanned not once but twice!! He removed the 2nd scan and let us go with our PURCHASED ITEMS. Before I left, I said to the Indian man that as a manager myself in a retail store he needs to be sure what he is assuming and when asked by a customer to double check and communicate, to do so!! He did nothing to assure myself or others around us that he was willing. In fact looked depressed to even be working there! Never have I ever been so embarrassed and yet no apology at all once security double checked. It infuriating that I spent so much of my hard working money at a store that employs racist, incompetent, dismissive, depressing employees. 4 stars gone solely based on his work ethics, 1 star for security and how they handled the situation plus the team that assisted our family while shopping. Although I'm a local, I will never shop here again!! You sir are the first face we see on arrival and the last as customers leave. Do better!!!! Or find another job!!!

   A good variety of items with stationary warehouse within the store They have a Number of self checkouts however these are Not voice activated and if you rely on this feature you will not be able to use these without assistance these are wheelchair accessible There is not always a staff member to assist you use these And only one or two checkouts with people serving The store has wide Isles and good Accessibility Located right next to an entrance for easier access this store does have a garden section however small

   I bought a scientific calculator from the warehouse, I took it home carefully opened it up and found that it doesn't have a rechargeable battery (the option most calculators have today, I returned it next day for a refund but they refused to take it saying my reason for refund is not good enough!!!!!! Very disappointing I never go to the warehouse again.

   Apr 2023 This is a great shop to purchase items from with product displayed well, and the self service checkouts being simple to use. A very clean shop indeed. Dec 2022 I have noticed that, in recnt times the layout of the store has been transformed into a lighter brighter place. Lots of overhead storage has been reduced to improve the overall appearance. The "Self Service" Check out area has been a great improvement to the service level too. Sept 2022 I was intending to buy boots for wearing outdoors in my garden and mowing the lawn. Found a pair that suited me. A reasonable price too. Staff were able to answer my questions and that meant, I could complete my purchase very quickly.
